Don't be impressed by their high big bid limit. All American doesn't know how to put in plumbing, dry wall or anything. The head guy there will impress you. Please dont be fooled. They wont pay their bills and they'll leave a huge mess for you. If you have ALOT of money to gamble with then it might be ok, but if you are not into redoing everything you need to look elsewhere. I am paying it forward. All American Builders DBA. Advertise billions in projects done. Crooked everything!

Absolutely horrible! We are still finding issues with work that wascompleted even though the whole job was never completed. On day 37 ofa 15 day build, he gave up and left me with a very expensive mess.They are all nice enough guys, they have no idea what they are doing!Update- They did come back and “resolve” a few complaints with sub parwork and after another company came in and completed the tile work. Wehave been using the shower for a few weeks and a thin spot in thegrout gave in. Water went through the grout joint and onto the showerpan. The shower pan that CNS construction installed did not hold athing causing a bigger water leak than we initially had which was thecause of the remodel in the first place. I text Steve with the issue,and he relayed back that CNS would not assist in the matter! Theircontract that he walked away from (breach of contract) that he wasdouble the estimated completion (breach of contract) and wanted twiceas much time to complete has now been breached again by not honoringthe warranty period. (Breach of contract). Buyer beware!!!

This was a customer of ours who wrote us bad checks and left us with a balance of over 4,000.00 dollars owed on custom manufactured screens we built for him and Walter kept. He promised to pay us on several occasions and has never came through. Very questionable business practices! Stay Clear!
Completed the project of our patio cover, but failed to get the job permit passed. Ugh. Friends at our BBQ passed on using them. Nice cover, but not really 'legal'.
I am a subcontractor that did several projects for CEI builders within the past year and a half. They started our being very easy to deal with and paid their bills in a timely fashion. This did not last long. We have since done several other projects with them and have not been paid in over a year. We get repeated promises of payments with no follow through and rarely even the courtesy of a response. I would NEVER do business with them again as they are the most unprofessional company I have dealt with in almost 20 years of being in construction.Subcontractors and owners beware. They are extremely unethical and deceitful and impossible to work with on payments. I don't know how this company even has a contractors license still and is in business as I am one of many that have had this issue with them. I would never do another project with this company again and would warn anyone else against it as well.
We have had Clint Howard (owner) complete the the following projrcts for us over the past six years: (1) Some rock trim on our garage.(2) About 30' of brick cap on our courtyard wall. (3) About 60' of 3' wide sidewalk.(4) Removed the fiberglass shower in the master barh and replaced it with a nice walk-in tile shower.(5) Installed a walk-in bathtub in our second bathroom. All of this work was completed on time and for the amount on the estimates. We have found Clint to be easy to work with and he has always given us more than our money's worth. We will use his services again if we need more work completed.
