When an obnoxious junk store sells real old, real used items at constantly increasing higher prices, then something is wrong. A typical fifty cent item some years past now will cost four to five dollars. A previous two dollar item may be priced at eight dollars or more. Donations are accepted and resold at total profit. The place is filled with destructive wild children who create a free for all hazardous playground. The few miserable employes are bewildered and useless. One can rarely find a good item at a fair price and management offers no consideration to long time customers. The story here is one big musty Halloween costume and bring anti-bacteria lotion.
Hardy Boy's charity is a awesome non_profit that went out of they're way for me and family. Very polite and courteous while helping me at my residence after bringing us some beautiful furniture. Thx Guys
I worked for this company in Reno NV. The Director is incompetent and the Manager that does the hiring in Reno is hiring Democrats. I got Bullied by one of them and mocked, persecuted, and lies were told to the immature management (who have no idea what they are doing)... about me, because she was jealous and was trying to get me fired...and they believed this person called me up and yelled at me for things I did not do. Asked me to come to the office for more training is said ok. I got there and she said we are letting you go, so they lied about the training. What they do there is a total liberal tactic...Praise the bully and fire the victim...
This is my favorite thrift store and smoke shop John is very nice and his wife as long as you give respect. You will get it back they listen to offers and. If your looking. For something ask he will get it for you be nice don't steal. They work hard just like everyone else tell them Tony sent you
Very over priced and dumpy! I know that it's a thrift store, but it can be presentable. I actually donate to this charity ( as I know many that do) and I wonder where all the good merchandise winds up that we donate. Staff just ignored you. They seemed more concerned about what was coming off the truck and if they liked it or not. I think that I will be donating to another charity.
Store has been closed. Go to 4850 Sahara instead. This store is large, well laid out, prices are good, etc.
My husband and I traveled to visit their store and arrived just after 4 pm. The store was closed. So if you are going to the store call ahead of time to get the times that they are open. 10 - 4.
The staff were not very friendly. The change rooms were closed 1 hour before the store closed. The selection was picked over. Very disappointed. The Salvation army store at 4850 Sahara was a much more pleasant experience.
I went to this thrift store and the male owner is very nice but the elderly woman ( I would say lady if she acted like one) was extremely rude and unprofessional. Worst service I have ever gotten. Even though I have shopped there multiple time she followed us like we were common criminals. I am so disappointed in her customer service. And one time the younger male that works there tried to sell me drugs ( no joke I was astonished). If you want decent thrift store deals come here but don't be upset by the abysmal service you WILL receive if that women or younger man is working!!!
