This was my third home buying process that I have been involved in, and it was the smoothest by far. Everyone was friendly and had good communication skills.
Do not do business with this company if you need your money fast. They don't follow thru with your application or let you know of the status. Very frustrating to deal with these unprofessional people.
This is the worst company to deal with. I got an 80k loan from them. Half the money went into a construct account with Vegas Construction. I own the home and this is not a flip. I sent 3 request to Vegas Construction for payment of invoices that I have paid out of pocket. 1 request was paid. Now I am paying interest on money that Vegas Construction has had for over 6 months and interest on the same money that I had to use my VISA cards to buy material. I have over 16K with Vegas Construction and 14k in charges on my VISA cards that I can not pay. The loan is being serviced by US Loan Servicing. Every month they send me an invoice for more money then we agreed to at the closing. I have had to send certified letter to all of the above to no resolution. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY from this company.

Do not go to this BANK! I was a customer until I had an overdraft from a purchase. I was sent an email and then they penalized my account after around 25 hours. Then when I went to the bank to pay it this Philippine girl at the teller booth takes the money for the overdraft and then tells me that I now owed a different amount then I had originally thought. I said that I had made it clear that I was paying off the entire amount and so she begins to read outloud what my purchases were on the Internet in an audibly loud voice in front of 50 customers or more! Whoa! I am getting out of this bank and I warn you as well don't trust none of these people, they are clever little sneaky like people. I didn't expect that! Wells Fargo is a Ghetto Style ( as in good times!) type of fake bank where they keep the lesser children in the front while the rich, white elite count up the profits! Go to Chase or wherever the bankers don't keep bipolars and sociopaths on the employee charter.

this place started off friendly, but started harassing me , insulting me on the phone over just two late payments of $77. A man named Scott started screaming at me on the phone about how much I make and how I don't pay my bills on time, leaving threatening messages on my voicemail saying his patience is running out, and if I don't do something, he will. Wow! I was calling to make a $77 dollar payment which would of only had me behind one payment, but I never got a chance to pay because he was yelling and threatening me on the phone the entire time. I said is this a threat? He replied..... Its a promise. They talk like shark loan gangsters. Do not do business with this place. Trust me!I borrowed 800 and high interest has me paying double. $1600.
JJ i know john longstreet well he is a respectable man, you get what you pay for. if you want good guality service of course you are gonna pay a lil more. He has a lot of experince and he knows what hes doing and i know for fact that he would not take advantage of anybody.
Run away from this company!!! Very quickly!!! I'm a real estate agent with a client who had chosen this company. They are just jerking her around! Gave us an underwriting approval...then all the sudden NOT approved! Can't seen to figure out what our COE date is...although it's written on the contract! I'll never take on a client using this company again!
Very Bad experience with them!!! A loan officer work with me for few months for no-points, no-fees, and no cost re-finance deal. Original I told him to lock the interest rate if 30 years fixed interest rate is below 5%, but he didn't take any action. Until a month ago, I called the officer to give him a clear instruction to lock the interest rate at 4.9% and he said he will lock the rate and call the bank to order the appraisal then it should complete the loan within two weeks. After that, I didn't have any update from him, I have called the agent and email him with multiple messages but NOT get any reply or call back. Finally on last week I called the owner Mr. Steve Lone to check my loan status and the agent is right next to Mr. Lone and he told me he had a family issue and unable to work with my loan application anymore, so he transfer my entire file to his co-worker and the new loan agent should be finish my loan application.Until today, the new loan officer email me and told me to continue the loan process, I have to pay an extra $650 for appraisal fee plus other unknown process fees, which is not same deal I had with first loan agent. Even I called Mr. Lone to compliant that and Mr. Lone said he is unable to helps me.I feel this company is not honest and un-trustable. They didn't take my order a month ago and not communicate with me afterward, They HOLD my application try to get better deal for making more month, but interest rate goes up lately and they find out they are not making enough money, so they just dump me. They cheating to the customers and I won't suggest to use this company.
