Typically, your co workers are fine. TGS Aviation Services falls into the trap of every other bad business; they overwork the good people, causing high turnover rates, which causes low morale. Supervisors are pretty much useless, and don’t get you the equipment/supplies you need to do the job. As a supervisor, you need to be offering support, constructive criticism, and a safe and efficient work environment. Unfortunately, they’re too busy trying to kiss up to the airlines to actually DO their job. Which apparently only consists of sitting in the office, making up nonsense, and twiddling their thumbs. Surprisingly, they don’t jar them up their behinds.Multiple vehicles issues, for example, breaking down, inoperable lights( which is ILLEGAL & HIGHLY DANGEROUS, especially on the airport ramp around airplanes and other vehicles) tire issues, battery issues. Yes, I understand, things happen, and sometimes problems can’t be foreseen. YES, vehicles need continuous upkeep and maintenance! It’s not a power wheels toy car! Supervisors and management should be keeping up with this stuff, but once again, I guess it doesn’t really matter. As long it’s not happening to them, it’s irrelevant. And then there’s the office staff. God knows what they actually do, but I can tell you what they don’t do: a good job, certainly not a semi-decent one. Paychecks typically bounce all over the place. They should be acting as a link between the “on-site” supervisors and employees.The one thing you can expect from this company, thankfully, is that you will be kept in the dark(literally and figuratively) because management is so shifty and finicky about the information that they should be passing on to employees. Another tidbit of information about management; they love to play favorites. Boy, do they SURE love to be biased! I guess that’s what you get with a family owned business, though. Worse cleaning company to work for Steal your money by taking hours you worked for. Take taxes out of your checks but you don't know cause they do not give paystubs no matter how much you ask for them. Then when you get your are forms at the end of the year only 25 bucks went to taxes making you owe taxes. The work ethics suck. If it's your day off they make you come in no matter what. Once had 79 hours for my check only got paid for 40. Why's that? Maybe they don't want to pay people health benifits? Idk. Can't get a straight answer out of any of them. Work anywhere from 1 hour a week to 24 7 and not get paid that's bull crap worst place to work tried reporting them but gov. Did nothing.
This Company also know as Elkhorn Environmental has very bad, ignorant, rude drivers, they also give cash kickbacks to the job site bosses to get work and keep it.
Horrible experience had a large Rock bounce off a trailer that was not tarped down and when I called the company they told me it wasn't their problem and to call my own insurance.

I don't recommend On Point.i hired On Point to move a used refrigerator I purchased for a rental property. I made the mistake of pre-paying via Pay Pal. The truck was supposed to arrive at 4 pm. It didn't. I called On Point several times to find out if there was a problem. No answer.The truck finally arrived at 4:35. I was standing in the garage with the refrigerator. The movers said nothing. No hello. No Sorry we're late. Silence. Just went about strapping the refrigerator to the hand truck. Okay, so the movers are not customer friendly. I really just wanted a frig moved from one house to another. While the movers were loading the truck I went ahead to the rental property to unhook the old refrigerator from the water supply line and move it to make room for the new frig. I left the front door wide open. Through the open door I caught a glimpse of the movers arriving and taking the frig off the truck. I went about the business of moving the old frig, expecting the movers to come through the front door with the new frig. After a few moments of inactivity I stepped out of the house to see what progress was being made. They were gone!!!! They had just rolled the new frig into the open garage and driven off. I called On Point in hopes that I could get the movers back to put the frig in the kitchen. No answer of course.The 300 pound refrigerator was in the garage. I had to figure out how to get it into the house with no hand truck. I had to remove the front door of the house. It took me almost an hour to get the new frig into its place in the kitchen. Fortunately, my tenant was willing to help.I wrote On Point about the poor service I received. Their response, in part, was &amp;amp;amp;quot;It was understood during your initial request for service that you wanted On Point Services to pick-up a refrigerator from a garage area and drop-off in a garage area!? Our crew did exactly what they were instructed to do during your delivery request.&amp;amp;amp;quot; This is complete nonsense. The only stipulations in my service request were that there were no stairs involved in the move and that I did not require installation of the new frig. Absolutely nothing was communicated about moving the frig from garage to garage only.Find another mover. If you must use On Point, don't prepay, don't expect there's someone sitting in an office to answer your calls, don't assume they're interested in customer satisfaction, don't turn your back on them for a minute, and talk them through every step of the move. Don't assume anything. Response to On Point:I read with interest your response to my review of the services I received. It is true that the refrigerator was moved in only about 12 minutes. That's pretty easy when the move is 1.7 miles from garage to garage. More importantly, you continue to assert that moving the refrigerator from garage to garage was part of my reservation. I will gladly retract my negative review and apologize publicly if you support that assertion by posting the reservation showing that I requested a garage to garage move only.
