Customer service and staff are great. They know how to make you feel welcomed. The tailor did flawless work. I definitely recommend this tailor company.
I don't understand why he has some "good" on-line reviews, or how he has been in business for so long. I think it's around 30 years. He must treat his clients differently. If he likes you, he takes better care of you, I suppose.I went to him twice. He's rude and grossly overcharges. Both times he kept me waiting forever for very simple alterations. Never again! I now go to Ready Tux at the Boulevard Mall.
I chose this place to take my wedding dress because they claim 30+ years of experience. I had a dress that was a couple sizes too big and it was a very intricate design. When I came into the shop, they were very unfriendly. Firstly, they told me I needed to go get my shoes and were not accomodating. Then she told me to put my dress on, didn't direct me to the dressing room or anything. Once my dress was on, the tailor came out (did not speak english) and a younger woman was translating. They basically told me that it was unalterable and it was too much to take on and they didn't want to do it. They said atleast a $1,000 if they even tried. They were not sympathetic to my situation at all. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, they do terrible business. I ended up going to Bowties on Sunset and Green Valley Pkwy. where they told me that it was basically a simple alteration and quoted me a third of the price. Please do not go here!
