Sure... Well the owner, i think his name is Frank, came to my house as I I had a Iot of stuff. He was very, very pleasant. Easy to talk to and he never made me feel awkward abou.t the whole business of having someone else put a price on your things...Like a said a very pleasant and polite man. he seemed to be making a special effort to make sure I didn't think he was devaluing my collection, but then it comes to collectables-----it's a doll eat doll, toy eat toy world!!!!And even though he wore one of those microphone type head-sets the whole time, which usually makes me uncomfortable , and even though he didn't think his business could use my things, I would say it was a very good business- like experience....I would recommend that you give them a shot..bearing in mind, that, like any business, profit is how they maintain their business.....try not to take it personal... If only I would have saved my dolls -instead of pieces of American history!
Shop failed to list that an item had very visible tarnishing marks. It was listed as mint and Etsy found this to be an inaccurate listing. I had to resort to filing a claim with Etsy after shop argued that it was listed accurately. However, Etsy sided with me. Etsy also stated that the seller must refund my shipping charges and the shop has failed to do so. This shop is untrustworthy. Currently working with Etsy to take action against shop due to not refunding my shipping charges. This review can be found on Yelp, Yellowpages, Google and Facebook as well. I will remove my statements once the shop complies with Etsy's requests to reimburse my shipping charges. Losing business over $11.65 just doesn't seem like a logical decision. If you find anything wrong with your item, the shop will argue with you. I'm sure they'll argue this review too. Note: Etsy sided on my behalf.
very good inventory. i love this place. highly recommend it to everyone.
