Cannot speak to someone directly, which just put stress on individuals who truly need assistance. Also turned the items in that were asked of me on time, yet havent received any word and its been a week. In the mean time suffering to scrape together a meal each day for my kid. Frustrating because I have worked over 25 yrs. Now that I need help the system ( employees) take their time, not realizing their effecting peoples lives in a hurting way.

My family and I have not had a good experience with West Coast Pure Water. When the unit was first installed, the water pressure was very poor and we could not fill up more than a bottle of water at a time. Glenn, the owner of the company came back to our house to take a look at the problem and realized that the valve was not open all the way. As soon as this problem was addressed, we noticed an immediate difference and were quite pleased. Shortly after, the unit began vibrating and shaking underneath our sink, causing a noise that could be heard throughout our house. We tried to schedule Glenn to come back out twice, and both times he neglected to call and tell us that he would be unable to make it to the appointment. After voicing my frustrations to him, his response to me was “turn it off and don’t use it” and abruptly hung up. The company’s guarantee of satisfaction was clearly unmet and we are truly disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone.
