I recently had surgery ror cataracts on both eyes. The staff could not have been more professional. The performance of all employees was as good as possible. The staff was very punctual and waiting was never a problem, as a matter of fact if you arrived early---you often got in early. The four P's----performance, punctionality. professionalism, and personality all rate five stars. The results also was all one could expect.

What an amazing experience! I am so happy. Today is my surgery day and I can see! What a great decision. Dr Wellish and his staff could not have been more comforting and knowledgable. The only issue was I waiting so long to do this!
Employees are so nice, friendly, courteous, and assuring that all will be ok! They take real good care of me!
I went to Shepherd Eye Center to have my fat pad looked at By Dr Revi Reddy. He suggested that I have an eye lid lift, since my medical will pay for it. I wanted to know how experienced he was doing this. He told me that he had done many of this surgery. But he explained about a vein near the fat pad that he needed to be careful of. To make my story short, he did cut the vein and my eye hemorrhaged. The blood pushed my eye ball half way out before the nurse made a call to another doctor who instructed Dr Reddy to cut my lower lid. It wasn't numbed. It is now three years and my both eyes aren't the same. My left lids is wide and my right lid is smaller than it originally was. I went throught four surgeries with a plastic surgeon, trying to correct it, but there is too many scars. When I later contacted Dr Reddy, I received a letter informing me that, it was my fault that I hemorrhaged. The fact that he did cut the vein that hemorrhaged now doesn't count. I did not sue him, since he did say he was going to help me. I now have to live with his mistake. I am now on a mission to inform friends not to go to Shepherd Eye Center and Dr Revi Reddy.
