I’m a former employee . The nepotism/favoritism, discrimination & cheating that is going on in the marketing dept is disgusting!! They do not treat all the same. It’s ok if certain people cheat to make $ they turn away cause it’s more $ in their pocket. They set people up for failure if they decided they don’t like them . They spread the words be positive. But all it is is gossip drama & negativity! Don’t work for this company. Loyalty means nothing to them nor does integrity .

I had the rudest experience from Hotel Registration clerk Evellene. That's the name she gave me, however, these clerks should have name tags on. Not one of them had one. I was given a dirty room with hair on the bathroom floor, window was left open, ( I didn't know if something crawled in the window), and candy wrappers and some kind of pills under the beds. I addressed my concerns with Evellene and asked for an accommodation to another room. She gave me a key card to look at another room but she gave me a key card that didn't work. Security had to let me in the room. By the time I returned to front desk Evellene informed me that that room I just looked at was taken now and I took too long to return. I told her that my delay was due to her giving me the wrong key. By this time she showed no empathy and was very flipped and antagonistic with her remarks. This is my last stay at the Palace Station. Never again!
Great Hotel, very bad and unprofessional service. I was there on february 11th and 12th, we got there at 2:30pm we went to customer service to check in the rooms were not available the customer service representative too our phone number to call us when room are available. He says it should take too long, we waited until 5:35pm no one called us, so we went to customer service desk and the room still not ready, no simpty from the customer service guys, and no one was opologetic. Even when we called the suppervisor she was worst than the rest of them kept going in circle with her, and she kept repeating the same thing, diffending her guys.

IMHO, the developers/sales agents are scammers and they rip off the owners & potential owners.They tell you you can have the world and you get a grain of sand. The sales reps. will tell you anything to make a sale. They start asking an exorbitant price and as you refuse, the come way down. The maintenance fees increase sky high each year.I have 2 other resorts; DRI is the most greedy/expensive resort and provides the least activities (lei making & bingo). There is only one restaurant on site. They allow children & infants in the hot tub.My advice, book through the Internet; don't buy!
Rooms were clean and service was great. The Adventure Dome was reasonably priced and the kids loved it.
If your doing Vegas with the kids this is a great stop. Their kids carnival game section is great and has some cute prizes. Plenty of arcade games both video and grab arm kind. Make time for the Tournament of Kings dinner show which is family friendly. Live action sword play and jousting and dance number by the maidens! Kids loved the horses.
Came here to see rock of ages. Hotel seemed lively and fun. Wayyyy off the strip and not very convenient.
This is the one fine dining option at Red Rock Resort and it does not disappoint. We had a variety of dishes include the seafood tower which the kids loved. Steaks were perfectly cooked. Really fantastic.
This review is strictly for the carnival area. The kids love all the carnival games and great prizes. It's a good stop if you are doing Vegas with the kids.
