I love shopping at Sam's club it's the only place I will shop for everything I need on house hold pharmacy and food items
I love this Costco, employees are friendly and it is always clean. The tire guys are right there if you need air in your tires or to have them rotated.
I ordered a Rug Doctor carpet cleaner online with pick-up at the 1910 E. Serene Ave. Las Vegas location of Sam's Club. When I went to the membership services counter near the front of the store to find out where to go for the pick-up I was ignored, for about 5 minutes, by the 2-3 women who were working there. They were helping other customers and then started helping customers who were in a line in front of the counter who came after me (I was waiting on the "side" of the counter...with cash registers and all). I finally had to raise my voice and ask one of these bimbos where the pick-up kiosk was. She finally looked at me and stated that she would be with me "in a minute." She was setting up a new, and apparently time-consuming, membership for someone with the application, photograph, ID, etc. She finally looked up my order and then left me standing there after signing the LCD screen for another 10 minutes while she was doing some computer or printer work. After I interrupted her computer/printer work she finally went back to the storeroom and got my Rug Doctor carpet cleaner. The box was damaged on the top and the packing tape had been removed/replaced...as this carpet cleaner was returned by a previous customer. Do you want to buy a returned, or used, carpet cleaner with potential allergens? I think not! I immediately asked for a different "new" one and she radioed the department for a different carpet cleaner. She stated that "all of the boxes were damaged in shipment" and for me to go over there and pick one out. Right! I immediately got a refund since Sam's Club could not produce a box without shipment damage. Apparently, Sam's Club would rather push off damaged cargo to the consumer than return it to the manufacturer or file an insurance claim. SOME "CLUB" this is!! I will never shop at Sam's Club again and will not renew membership. The "club" prices are about what you would pay at other large volume stores and the gas is about a penny or two cheaper than AM/PM. Big deal! I most certainly do not recommend ordering things on their website since you can't examine the item firsthand and then buy it. This experience wasted much of my time and money due to gross incompetence.
The customer service at this place is ridiculous. The member service people are utterly rude. They treat people like crap even the new people getting a brand new card. Hello it is ridiculous to treat people like that when you rely on these people to keep your job. Get the hell over yourself and do your job with a smile. I'm in customer service as a cashier and they are just being rude.
Great Customer Service, friendly,help full Cleaned & very organized store. Always stocked neatly & have everything I need every time I visit. Love to shop here, job well done give it a 10☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆.
I went into Sam's Club and had done a great deal of shopping. Me and my husband have came here allot and do allot of business with Sam's Club. I came in on 06/01/2015 and was told my temporary pass was not working. The manager by the name of Karina. Karina said my membership expired. I said I'm sure it has not. It was a sixty day temp pass. So Karina said she would go check. Karina came back and said it expired I would need to pay for a updated membership. I said can I get threw today and I will come back and renew my membership. Karina said no I could not. Now I had my new born infant with me, a whole cart full of grocers and I felt very disrespected. I could tell by the tone in Karina's voice I was a issue to her. A customer witnessed the whole conversation and felt badly about the way I was being treated as a consumer. The gentleman offered to pay for my groceries with his membership and settle with me afterwards so I could get the groceries I needed. Karina seen what the other customer was trying to do and that was to help me. Karina said we could not do that and the other customer was not allowed to use his membership to buy my grocers and help me. I was then told very rudely I needed to leave the store unless I would buy a membership today. I left in tears and was very upset the way I was treated by your own customer service manager. I do not understand or feel the customer service was great here. I was there conducting business and OK, my membership expired but do not treat me like I'm a pile of turd and tell me to leave because I was not able to buy a membership that very same day. Sam;s club staff seen my temporary card through the door I should have been stopped there if my card was expired. I spend two hours in Sam's club shopping and was sent home without nothing.
