The best Deals for a Good use cars in Las Vegas! I got a nice SUV for very affordable price! Highly recommended!
Wish I could give them 6 stars! After spending literally over a month looking at used cars, shopping over 15 different used car lots I tried First National Autos. Farrah, Elias and the entire staff are very friendly, professional and totally open and honest without the usual hard core sales tactics that we experience at most used car lots. I've easily purchased over 20 used cars in my life and this was by far the smoothest, fastest and most amazing transaction I've ever experienced. In an extremely short amount of time I was driving off with my wife's dream Mercedes Benz with very low miles. Just in time for Christmas!
I go to David Wilson's Toyota because of the friendly staff and good service. I really appreciate Phil's service as he has always helped me to better understand my vehicle - both the issues and the parts that are working well. So far I really trust that Phil and company are helping me make the right decisions with my car and this is why I am a return customer. Thank you Phil and team!
Besides the salesman being very helpful at this location two years ago everyone else that works there, service department along with the general manager Eric Ziegenbein they are AWFUL! Every time I have to take my car in to get serviced or a minor thing like coolant filled they come up with phony charges when my lease should have covered everything they've also tried to pull that with my friends) . The service man Rich Tarno was rude to me from the start and then gave me attitude when I called to get a status report on when my car will be done. He then told me that they do not provide a curtesy vehicle anymore and to figure out how to get my car. Once Eric the GM called me he then gave me attitude and was extremely rude to me after I was trying to explain calmly what was going on and then told me to turn in my BMW and not to get another, you're damn right I won't! and neither will my friends! WORST GM AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT! YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS THE GM, AND HE SUCKS!
Thank you Certified, you helped me get into the car I always wanted. I got in and out within a Hour and a Half. Your team is a well oiled machine. I will send all of my friends and whom ever is looking for a quality used car.
I purchased a BMW from Certified Auto LLC. Not only were they able to help me (with my not so good credit score), but they helped me with less money down than I expected. I expected the car to be in different shape than the pictures, but they weren't. I will buy my next car from them. Thank you Certified.
February 19, 2018 I bought a 2008 Corvette z06 from LV Auto Sports. Started having problems the first week I had the car. Knowing I bought the car as is. I was told everything was checked out and serviced before I bought it. The first week it started to overheat I contacted LV Auto Sports to let them know after I fixed it. The second week the front left caliper leaking fluid again contacted them after I fixed it. The 5 weeks it started making a noise a ticking sound. Checked the car out as I had to bring it to a specialist for corvettes in California were they told me that the motor was blown, all 8 cylinders were scored and hand honed. Pistons were done, all because the cam bearing was not pressed completely and walked it's way out.... the oil was not changed for a very long time up until the dealership bought it... so the dealership made it look like the car was taking care of. But really they just hide the neglected motor. I bought the car for $32k, and the new motor is going to cost me $18k plus all the fees to tow it. When I called to let the company know of all the problems they said sorry you bought it as is.. I would not recommend this place as they did not check the car out. I bought a car I used for a few weeks and now this car cost me over $50,000 which is not worth it…. Terrible customer service
Definitely the place to buy a certified used car truck or Suv best prices in town with a beautiful selection of foreign and classic cars . The sell men was very professional and quick service easy to talk to . 100%satisfaction guaranteed .
OK, so no one really goes to one of those car dealerships along the side of the street to by a car, do they? After all, the cars can't be any good, can they?Wrong. I pass by this dealer every time I go to/come home from work. I saw a 2004 Corvette convertible in the lot and fell in love. I went in and asked the price. They gave me a more than generous trade-in for my present ride and I drove out in less than 3 hours.I then took the car to the local Chevy dealer for a courtesy check. They gave me a list of things they found and I took it back to RT. They fixed them without a question and without charge. When something else unforseen happened a week later, they again fixed it without charge. I've been driving happy since.Junior and his staff did right by me.
