Of the time I have had terrible service, this has to rate up in my top 3. and maybe the top when it comes to service by a Manager (Christain). So after spending 2k plus with lots of extras, they made the sale and dropped the ball after that. While I know it is busy during the holidays however this is no excuse for the actions of a manger who tries to lecture a customer on how to act when the customer has no idea how to work the item at all and is frustrated after spending a great amount of money. I was very upset on this that when I got home. I made up my mind to return the items as I do not need this kind of service every time I go there while he is working there. My wife changed my mind as both her and mine were Christmas gifts. My wife's phone (Iphone X) and went back to exchange for a new one. Guess who she ran into to get this resolved. You guessed it. Christian the Manager. My wife did not know he was one at that time and when she walked in the store she asked to speak with a manager. Christian the Manager pointed to somewhere else like he was not one. I guess he does not want to work either. In short, when Christian the Manager got involved, my wife would not have it and so, she called me and after only having the phones 4 days, "SHE" said we are returning the phones. Christian the Manager could care less. Which is fine because we do not have to deal with this young person. I spoke with the Senior manager which Christian said there was none, (oh, just so you know, He lies to fit the situation the example saying there was no one in charge.) and told him I would be contacting Corp office on this matter. So, if you run into Christian the manager, I would ask for someone else. He is not there to work for apple, he is there to chase away customers. The moral of the story is we found the worm in the apple. I am sure you know his name now. If there is anyone who wishes to challenge my review to include Christian, I am more than happen to meet up with you.

Real nice store, close to me, walking distance.
The unwillingness to help people at this store does not reflect well on Apple. I brought my iPhone6 in for a Genius Bar appt. The screen was unresponsive. Touching the screen yielded no response from the phone. They ran all their diagnostics and the phone passed every hardware test. They restored the phone to new ( a process i told them I had tried less than 24 hours earlier...). Same issue. Their final answer?..."I guess it's time to buy a new phone". They had no interest in helping me fix the phone, which was functioning perfectly fine until the ios 11 update...They simply blamed Apple for releasing an operating system that "wasn't optimized" for an iPhone6. The manager, Josh Jordan, shrugged his shoulders and agreed with his employee that Apple was to blame and they could not help me. Wow.
Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I will never order from them again. When I finally got ahold of someone about my return they were very rude on the phone. Think twice before ordering from them.
A fairly new business. They are still putting things together as far as there online store. You could say its under construction but if you cant find what you are looking for they will send you a catalog and/or tell them what you want and they will find it for you. Good honest people.
Buyers beware !!!! The Fry's circular that they send out that shows items at prices that seem to be much lower than everybody else's are refurbished. Case in point, I bought a Dyson handheld vacuum and had an issue with it only for Dyson to tell me there's no warranty on this because it was a refurbished item. This was a vacuum that I was led to believe was brand new. I went in today to purchase a Dyson upright vacuum that they also had advertised for half the price of anybody else and when it came out on a brown box I asked them is this refurbished and they said yes it was and even though the ad did not disclose that or their website disclose that. Their comeback was we just got these so this item is new to us so therefore it is a brand new item. When I explain that that's false advertising the manager Alli Blessilda basically said too bad and really could have cared less. I am a car dealer and know that you have to follow strict FTC guidelines in your advertising but it's clear to me that Fry's does not care because they have the attitude they're too big to fail. Best Buy had that attitude for a long time and was nearly in bankruptcy but change their ways. I will be filing a complaint and showing both adds to the FTC and the attorney general and let them take care of this because although Fry's may think this is great practice and screw the customer I feel it is not.
Purchased two solar chargers from this company and both failed within months of purchase. They have not replied to any messages regarding product warranty. Do not buy from this company.
The ABSOLUTE worst service of any retail establishment you will ever deal with. I ordered a carpet cleaner online. After the 1 1/2 weeks of shipping it is in this store --- yet they refuse to send a pick up notice. Phone calls go unanswered, out you are placed on hold until you just give up. Visit Target 1 block south or ANY other retailer and save yourself the headache.
