A thank you to Megan and the Best Buy store # 122 I am a published author and I have several novel’s written and holding in my computer. I have backed-up parts of them to C.D. but I was negligent in backing-up some complete stories. My computer took a nosedive, leaving me quite distressed. My wife and I took my computer to the closest Best Buy store, where a courteous employee greeted us and tested our computer. He informed us of possible reasons for the computer failure. He gave some suggestions for repair and also explained that he could save my lost files by transferring them to a new machine. Moving to the computer department we were greeted by, Megan another very gracious and informative representative of this Best Buy store. Megan listened to our description of what we were looking for and presented us with several options. Megan did not attempt to pressure us for a purchase. After several mind changing attempts, we purchased an e machine. She assisted us all the way through the purchasing procedure. Megan needs to be recognized for her outstanding and professional abilities. We thank you Megan. The men working in the Geek Squad department should also be mentioned for their courteous and knowledgeable assistance. Thank you store 122 for serving Las Vegas. Keep up the good work. AWESOME SAT CREW WENT TO STORE TO FIND FAN MOTOR NO. OFF OLD MOTOR. TOOK WHOLE ASSEMBLY IN WITH ME AND TOLD THEM I COULD FIND NO MODEL NO. OR SPECS. JAY SAID NO PROBLEM AND HE THREW WHOLE SQUIRREL CAGE FAN ASSEMBLY WITH MOTOR ON HIS WORK BENCH, LOOSENED BAND HOLDING MOTOR IN PLACE, SLID MOTOR A BIT AND WALLA ! THERE IT WAS. ANOTHER GUY GAVE JAY THE REPLACEMENT NO. OFF THE TOP OF HIS HEAD AND THE NEW MOTOR WAS IN FRONT OF ME IN SECONDS. JAY RECOMMENDED REPLACING FAN ALSO BECAUSE OF WARPING PROBLEMS BUT I OPTED FOR MOTOR ONLY. GOOD NEWS NEW MOTOR WORKED GREAT. BAD NEWS FAN MADE SAME RATTLING AND SHAKING AS BEFORE. I was getting ready to play my Wii one night and was having an unreadable disc error issue. I didn't know what that meant so a friend told me to take it to Vegas Repair Video Game Repair. I gave them a call and they asked me to bring it in so they could check it out and provide a free estimate. Shortly after dropping it off, I received the call with the free estimate. It was a reasonable price so went ahead with the repair. It was much better than having to buy a new Wii. I was able to get my Wii back quickly and didn't even have time to miss it!! It worked like a charm and I appreciated the staff explaining things to me in a way I would understand.
Both of these people are idiots, how could anyone think they were going to get a case of Fiji Water for 3.99, give me a break, what an idiot. The guy with the computer sounds like another moron, its not hard to mess up and ruin parts when building something like this. I don't they sold him defective parts. I have shopped there dozens of times, no issues that weren't my error or common to the products I was buying, generally no issues. Thank goodness there is still one descent electronics store left with the demise of CompUSA and Circuit City. Best Buy, now theres a joke.
Raul is amazing! Knowledgeable, honest and fair! He is a hard working man with such charisma and education. He will not rip you off. He will give you the proper details as well as a visual! He has almost all parts on him and also gives you the option to just get an estimate with all the other alternative solutions! Such an honest, hard working man! With a toddler, a newborn, and a puddle of water on my kitchen floor, I was feeling beyond overwhelmed. Mike from All City Refrigeration swooped in to save the day. He came out on a Saturday without an extra fee, and arrived within his stated time frame. He quickly identified the problem, had the part on hand, and had my freezer working within 15 minutes. My refrigerator now has a new starter and I have the rest of the day to spend with my kids. Thanks, Mike!
Great great service, I dropped my Wii off on a Wednesday morning at their shop in Las Vegas and was able to pick it up the same day. David and Eric and the whole staff at Video Game Repair were extremely knowledgeable about Xbox, Wii, Ps3, Iphones basically everything it was quite shocking. They definitely were a bright bunch that truly cared about helping their customers, and I will definitely be recommending all my friends to their shop. A+++
Two weeks ago I was washing my clothes and my washer started making a strange noise, I called to Vegas Appliance Repairs and two hours later was William in my house, a very professional person and he explained exactly what was the problem with my washing machine, he changed the part that was need to change and in less than an hour was ready, they charged me less than I imagined, very fair price, highly recommend them.
I had my DVD drive go bad in the PS3 and after looking all over the internet and dealing with the nitwit's at Sony I found Video game repair and man I'm so glad I did. Just receive my system back yesterday and its working great. I would tell anyone having problems with a PS3 to just go to Video game repair shop.
