They sell cars with no title! Will tell you it's going to come in the mail, It will never come ! It's been more than 2 month!! Plus the car they sold us is in non working condition . Started to have issues on the same week ! We have already submitted complain to DMV, next is to take them to court!!! Do not waste your money! I just hope they will get what they deserve!
Very unethical practice. Front desk guy first tried to sell us additional insurance and we said NO. He then lied by saying the insurance of the state where we are from does not cover rental cars". The coverage of an insurance has nothing to do with the state of residence. Anyway, we CLEARLY DECLINED ANY additional insurance. Then the guy proceeded with the paper work and asked us for a credit card. We asked if there would be any charge on the card, he said no and this is only for the purpose of deposit. He handed the paper work without reviewing the contents. At the exit, we finger-signed in an ipad without reading the specific items (who would when you are sitting at the car at the exit and have no idea that someone had sneaked an insurance charge in the contract?). Returned in about a week without any issue but found found a charge of $26.88 per day for insurance. Called their CS immediately. Lady in billing department refused to refund because we signed the contract. I argued that we declined the insurance and that the front desk guy had told us there would be no additional charge and, therefore, we were only deceived to sign, but no success.To sum up, this company's business practice is very unethical. First, the guy at the front desk lied and tried to cheat us by saying "Arkansas insurance does not cover rental car". Secondly, he lied to us that there would be no charge and the credit card is only for purpose of deposit. He also did not explain the contents of the paper work and did not confirm with us for an acknowledgement of a charge he sneaked in the paper work in spite of our declination of such a charge. Therefore, we believe we were ripped off by this company. They sneaked a charge we clearly declined and insisted on a signature we were deceived to sign. I googled and found numerous number of victims like us. We think their unethical practice of business should be stopped!!
Don't ever rent a car from this place.They are a rip-off!! They came to my house and got the car back early,would not give a deposit back. They are very unprofessional,very bad customer service.
I recently went to Vegas.....not only was my trip AWSOME but so was my Enterprise experience!!!! The Vegas team was VERY COURTEOUS AND NICE!!! I received my rental timely and off I went!! GREAT JOB VEGAS TEAM.....I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AGAIN SOON!!
PLEASE READ, WARNING: Everyone knows me in the exotic industry. I started my own exotic car rental business 5 years ago in Denver all by myself. I was excited to get into the Vegas market until it ended all wrong with VLR. These guys took advantage of me and stole a ton of money. I've also been a customer of Vegas Luxury Rides and rented many vehicles from them in the past. I own three exotic vehicles (Red Lamborghini Huracan, Blue BMW i8, White Corvette ZO6) which I handed over to VLR to manage and rent my cars since I live in Colorado and can't use them over the winter. They were supposed to pay me every month and provide financial statements, but they didn't pay me for five months and I still haven't collected any payments from them! The owner never returned any of my phone calls and refused to communicate with me. I had to fly to Las Vegas to REPO all my cars and the owner was nowhere to be found and refused to meet with me. Customers who were renting the vehicles at the time were forced to return the vehicles. This could have potentially been dangerous to those customers in that situation. I would highly recommend doing business with another company. On the surface Vegas Luxury Rides may look like a legitimate business, but they are ripping off private owners in the background.I was scammed. Thousands and thousands of miles were put on my cars and I took a huge financial hit with all the wear-and-tear. I would take extreme caution if you rent one of their cars as it may belong to someone else who is not getting paid. If you own an exotic car and are considering giving it to VLR to rent, you're going to be in a huge mess.

My experience with this Enterprise location was excellent up until I returned the vehicle. Greg was the best! He is efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. He provided excellent customer service. My only complaint was when I returned the vehicle. I was told that I would be charged $2.10 per gallon for the gas that was needed to return the gas level to what it was when I received the vehicle. My contracted clearly stated that there was half a tank when I received the vehicle. Upon return, the gas level showed over 3/4 full. This particular vehicle has a 21 gallon capacity tank. I estimate that it would take between 3 1/2 to 4 gallons to return the level to 1/2. Yet I was charged $16.80. That amounts to 8 gallons. I know that it is a small monetary amount, but these days every little bit helps.
When we picked up our car it was a little confusing, but than again it was our 1st time renting in Vegas. We didn't get the car we ask for, but loved the Jeep renegade we got. Overall, very satisfied.
This is my second time renting with Alamo and my experience is by far the best my family and I visited Las Vegas from New York and in both occasions rented with Alamo the service was very professional and the cars were clean and up to date. I would recommend Alamo to anyone who's looking to save and have luxury at the same time. Five star all the way for me on both occasions with Alamo. ������������
