I love this branch. I had no problem opening my account about a year ago and anything I have needed since then, they have been on top of
I used to go there all the time but since they got rid of all there old good employees it's not the same. Dawn in the morning would make my day she already knew my order as soon as I walked inside. The other people aren't very friendly. The manager is lazy always in the office, Dawn barely got a break. The other older white lady whose name starts with a S drives an black car, is very lazy, and rude, she never leaves the counter. I asked her to make me coffee since the coffee was cold. She never did pretty worthless help. The white guy on graveyard is usually nice, and funny sorry I don't know his name.
This is a great branch. I live in Reno but travel to LV often and have gone in to this particular branch often. Everyone is really friendly and knowledgeable. I never have any problems here. Some cookies would be nice.
I am researching info for a possible bank to open an account. Respectfully SubmittedGwendolyn G Davidson

This was a convenient Bank for where were visiting. It didn't have a drive up ATM, which is helpful with kids. I did feel safe going to the ATM as it was inside the building and you needed your card to get in. Well lit at night to feel safe.
One of the worse BOA, I have visited in Las Vegas. Long lines and the WORST customer service providers you've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Very professional and organized staff members. Pleased beyond belief.
They never answer the damn phone!!!
