We have been a resident for a year and a half now and it has been a good experience for us. Beautiful place to stay, good community, and they get things done. Thanks Fairways!
Meadows condominiums is a total cesspit of drug dealers, squatters, crack heads, malicious vandals, brothels, boom car parties, drunken loiterers, frequent burglaries, malicious destruction, domestic disturbances, and late-night outdoor fights. You can check out the crime for yourself on Crimemapping dot com. Just enter 210 mission laguna lane las vegas, and you will see all the crime for the last 3 months. It looks nice here, but it's really more like a combat zone. Another thing you can do to observe the situation for yourself, if you are still thinking of moving here, is to park your car by the back gate and watch the people who park their cars on Meadows Lane, go in the complex, and then come back out just a few minutes later - Those people will be the drug customers. And you know what happens to a "community" when there are lots of drug customers coming in and out. Stay far away if you value your life, your property, and your sanity.
This is a great gated community to live at. There is lots of parking, easy transportation accessible. They accept pets which is a wonderful thing since I'm an animal lover. Exceptional staff members and very attentive customer service. They also have a fantastic handyman who attends to maintenance issues in a very timely manner. I moved out here from out of state and was so thrilled to find this place to call my home. Not only is this place kept clean but it isn't runned down like these other places I had been to, they all had that motel feeling to it. I LOVE living here. Plus the gardner comes twice a week and not to mention the most important thing that just makes me soo much more happier, it's a BUG FREE!!! building. You should check it out for yourself, I can go on and on about all the great things this place has to offer but you need to get out here to see it for yourself. I give it two thumbs up.
Do not rent from this apartment complex. Hector and Debbie in the office are crooks. They nickle and dime you to death and try to go back on your account months later and make up fees you owe to get more money from you. They will not refund your deposit. Was a model tenant, never late on our rent...and even though the law states you only have to give a 30 day notice to vacant, this apartment required 60 and they will force you to pay even if you vacant the property. They charged me $125 to clean carpets when I paid a $200 pet deposit plus $25 month rent and had the carpets professionally cleaned upon move out. I left the apartment in immaculate condition and they made up fees to keep my deposit. STAY AWAY. You will regret renting from this place and the office people are terrible to work with.
DO NOT rent from this place unless you have truly hit rock bottom and you have no place to go! I think Skid Row has better accommodations than this place! The location is convenient, close to the University and major shopping centers , but that's about it.The resident managers and staff, which are ever-changing, are either intellectually disabled (I am trying to be PC) and/or need to be properly trained on how to work with the public. Furthermore, nothing ever works here and they have a serious pest control problem. Stay Away!
Screw you Valentino and Sunny! Sad excuse for an apartment complex ever. Cockroaches crawl out of the walls! No maintenance! This place needs to blow up! Calls Americans lazy! Eff you!!!!
Wow this place has really turned around! It is now gated and they have amazing customer service. The maintenence crew is great at taking care of issues and I haven't had any bug issues since the new owners took over in 2014. In my opinion desert palms apartments is worth every penny and is affordable!!!
Don't do it. this place is horrible. They are slumlords with the sole intention of collecting rent and not fixing a thing that is broke. When you put in a maintenance request, be prepared to wait about a month for repairs. These units a full or roaches, they have holes in the walls, and use broken parts to fix whatever you complain about. Just don't do it. you would be better off living on the streets..
Don't go here! This place is horrible do your research for ANY apartment and get feedback before just picking one is my advice...
If you are considering Harrison Pines Apartments on Harrison Ave in Las Vegas, do yourself a favor and DON'T !! First, they allow their landscape people to wake the entire neighborhood with leafblowers at 7AM, and are constantly having trouble with people lurking around vandalizing and breaking into tenants automobiles at night and have no security...I wouldn't suggest this complex to anyone...just a terrible, mismanaged and unsafe apartment complex with no regard for tenant safety or sanity...
