I arrived home from vacation to find a green pool and needed help ASAP. I called a few businesses but with this Vegas summer heat, pool techs are busy. When Bryce called me back he just happened to be in the area and came over. He gave me a quote to fix a leak in my pipes and get the pool back in shape. The quote seemed a little high but he mentioned some Green to Clean and that they could have my pool up and running in a fair number and this is my first pool and I really had no idea so so I agreed. Before the work was done my pump stopped working and within a day the pool was back to green, $400 immediately down the drain...no pun intended!! I ended up having a friends friend who does pools professionally at the big casinos come over and he said the job looked like the tech was trained on Youtube - no primer only glue and the nipple was screwed too far into the pump and caused it to break....so after wasting 400 dollars I had to spend thousands more on a new pump!! In addition to that the pipe still leaks- Bryce actually tried to collect the balance before the work was complete...I see now why he was in a rush. To top if off I sent Bryce a message to let him know and he didn't even respond. Reminder, get several quotes and check yelp in advance...don't hurry up and make a bigger mess like I did...what an expensive lesson!
I have had this company servicing my pool for a month now. The first week they didn’t even bother showing up nor did they call to tell me about it. Then they said they would send someone out as a last stop on Tuesday. Still didn’t show up. Then not even on Wednesday. Thursday rolls around and someone shows up but he knows nothing about pools. My pool has yellow algae and yes I had it before them, that is why I no longer have the old pool guy. They sent someone out last week but he told me nothing when he left as far as what he did. I still had a TON of algae on the walls and the floor. I could see exactly where he vacuumed, because of the line in the bottom where it was clean and everywhere else where it was dirty. When I called to see what he did and when they were coming back I was told Monday to do it again then Thursday as a normal weekly service. Well low and behold no one yesterday. So I am calling them and get no answer or return call. I have left about 3 messages so far today at all different times so I know it’s not their lunchtime. I owned a pool businesses for 10 years in the Las Vegas valley and there is no way I would do this to my customers. This company is a joke! I would do the pool myself but I am constantly out of town for my job and 10 years of it was more then enough.
No call. No show. They said the pool heater would be fixed last week and still nothing. Use someone else if you need the job done.
Very professional. Kept me informed on all timelines through the entire project and kept the area clean. Highly recommend!!!!
Although the employees were nice , the quality of the service and repair left much to be desired. The person who vacuumed the pool did not speak or understand English. He was very polite and friendly however. My pool constantly had Algae return. No testing other than Chlorine and PH was ever done by anyone but myself. Follow up testing never performed.except by me.Vacuum Leaf collector was always left full and smelled after a day or two. Pool rafts were always thrown out of the pool helter skelter and left to sun rot on the concrete.Pool equipment repairs were faulty and and not diagnosed correctly.Frankly, I grew tired of complaining and would just fix the problem myself. If all you want is your pool vacuumed , then hire them. Sorry for the bad review, I usually try to be a positive person.
We felt that we were treated professionally and fairly. Kenny was very honest with us and we have confidence in him and his abilities. Our pool looks fantastic.
Heritage Pool Plastering has good and extremely professional. They were on time except for weather delays but overall great. Thank you!!!
STAY AWAY! During this summer I initially noticed some water discoloration, I went and bought a water test kit to find absolutely no chlorine in my pool serviced by All Pure. To confirm I went and checked a sample with a pool supply company and they confirmed my result. I called the company and they were adamant that they are adding chlorine to the water weekly. They said it is possible that the water needs conditioner and to up the dose of chlorine. I left it at that hoping this issue will not happen again. I went on a vacation to come back with Black algae completely covering half of my pool floor. I called and was informed that "Mike" will be checking it out. I went ahead and took another pool sample to the pool supply store to find AGAIN absolutely NO chlorine in the water. Mike promised that he will take care of the issue and if it's not taken care of within the next couple of weeks with chemicals he'll be using, they will take further steps. After three weeks I called to inquire since the black algae is still there, saying there is no other option at this point put to give the pool floor an acid bath, saying that it's not their fault since they have been adequately adding chemicals to the water (which I clearly proven multiple times they weren't) saying pretty much that I will be responsible for paying to get my pool cleaned from their mistake. Despite the fact that they are not the cheapest out there I trusted them with my pool, and now this problem will cost me over $1200 to fix. IT IS NOT WORTH THE RISK STAY AWAY.
These people are AWESOME!!. Melissa and the staff are genuine and will walk you through all of your pool concerns. Prices are reasonable and knowledge obtained is priceless.
Make sure you insist on a written detailed estimate before contracting their services. We were in a rush, and thought that text messages were sufficient. NOT!! so our agreement on the whole yard was reduced to 'the whole yard but not the front tree' (which we accepted), only to be told that the '3 back trees will be done later' and then to be told, 'the back trees cost us more than we budgeted, so you pay the difference'. Beware.
