KR Construction has been in Bussiness for over 20 years. We have always strived to be Professional and take care of our customers. Our track record speaks for it's self. We do our Best to make our customers happy. Thru out our career we have been able to do this but as everyone knows you can't please everyone. The Review that was written in February was filled with Lies. I was only on the job for about 7 months before. The plumbers pipes were not in the wrong spot, Liz had the plumber move than because she didn't want the septic tank to go where it was originally on the approved set of plans. He didn't make any mistake where he had installed them. She constantly was hiring or trying to hire unlicensed subs which resulted in one problem after another. I had told her from the beginning that if I supervised the job for her she couldn't unlicensed subs but she did it anyway and that started the problems. I'm not sure if there were any subs that she got along with. I know she was constantly trying to take everyone to court. I don't like to quit something that I have started but I have to admit that when we talked about doing a recision of contract it was a great relief because there wasn't anyway to please her unfortunately. I'm sure in her mind she thinks she's right but if you talk to all the subs you can see there was one common problem. I could go on and on about how much she lied and Manipulated this review but all you need to do is check out our company. Thanks Kevin RobertsKR Construction

I hired K R Construction to supervise the building of my house. Kevin Roberts promised that he or his assistant would be at the house each day and make sure everything was done properly. He was rarely at the house and I never saw his assistant there. We had thousands of dollars of repairs because of his lack of supervision. Kevin made changes to my house without my knowledge or permission. He did not look out for my best interest. He allowed the subs to do they wanted and the work was substandard. The electrician put the panel in the wrong place under his supervision and it costs us thousands to move it. The plumber set our all the pipes wrong (no one was there to watch for us) and we had to pay thousands to have the problem corrected. We had to change the design of our house because Kevin did not catch problems before it was too late or too costly. It was a night mare and I had to fire Kevin Roberts half way thru the building of our house. But I did so too late, as we progressed in completing the house more problems and costs arose from his lack of supervision. I cannot state how bad it was. Walls were wrong, window openings were wrong, it was up to me to point out all the mistakes. Some problems I didn’t catch until after the house was finish. Some of the problems were too costly to fix properly, so I had to accept the substandard work. In addition to the money that we lost because of this company, his errors and lack of supervision caused us many long delays. It took over 2 years to finish the house. Our house was exposed to the elements during this time which created even more problems. Each step forward was a battle. He has refused to repair the work that this company did. I blame K R Construction for the disaster that was supposed to be my dream house.
Good morning Jim,Like your site, well written. Maybe some photos of you, your staff and crew!
The place is unsafe and unprotected. The surveillance is limited to the outside. I had my stuff there for a few months and the unit was robbed and ransacked. That's why I left. The owner and the manager were both very unhelpful. And what's worse, I was never contacted about my unit being found open. The day I moved my stuff out, there was a situation with the manager there was almost a fight and the manager called me a "little bitch" because I didn't want to argue with her any longer. Customer service is horrible. The pictures of the property the company supplied ARE being very kind. There is usually trash all over the floor inside and out. These pictures are from the 26th of January 2017. Notice the used condom right by the entrance to the indoor units. I spoke with a tenant that was also robbed and physically pushed out of the office when she confronted the manager about certain lease details. This place is bad news, spend a little more money and GO TO PUBLIC STORAGE OR UHAUL STORAGE. Your stuff will be safe there and they are more professional.
We had been using the same plumber for years but called Tool Belt Diva because our other guy was overbooked and they were recommended by Amazon. I am SO glad we did. They were much more responsive, fixed our sink in about fifteen minutes, and the guy who came out was an absolute pleasure to work with. This is definitely our new go to place for home repairs.
A classmate recommended me this storage forte summer and all she told me was true: the service is quite nice and responsive, the staff is attentive to any questions and needs, and the terms for my move and storage were clear and fair. I think it's one of the best storage services in the area, and it has a discount for students!
Horrible place to live. Take my advice. Major construction all around. Starting at 6am to 7am. Limited gym restrictions(with poor equipment). And with no office on site there's no where to go with questions or concerns. If you do have an issue they will make it as hard as they can make it to even talk to a person about said issue. Good landscaping but that's all that's cared about.
Pinnacle was recommended to me by a contractor who did some restoration work at my home. I had a GFI in the bathroom not functioning properly, had someone replace with a new one I bought and it did not reset or test. I called Pinnacle Electric and they scheduled me the next day. Not knowing if the GFI was bad, electrical issues in the house, or just installed improperly. Knowing that a charge of $89 to check it out was inevitable, it needed to be addressed. Pinnacle arrived on time and checked the GFI to find it was not installed correctly. I was not charged and very pleased. Pinnacle Electric is an honest, professional and reliable company. Thanks Guys!
Pinnacle Electric has been my stand by/go to Electrical company for many years. They have been easy to work with and very helpful on even the smallest jobs. I have referred not only business customers to them but my personal friends as well!!!
Pinnacle Electric is a very reliable company. Their electricians are professional and arrive in a timely manner. They are always able to handle any situation.
