Horrible experience. Don't be deceived by cheap prices. The only thing Clara can do is pants hems. Don't trust her with anything of value. Gave her my New $400 suit jacket to shorten sleeves. Ruined it to the point it can't be fixed. She had to redo it 3 times and still couldn't fix it. When I asked her "is this the best you could do?" She told me that she doesn't have time for me. I have her rude answers on video.
Best service in Las Vegas does a great job on everything! Won't take my clothes anywhere else or any alterations!
DO NOT BUY! Highly unprofessional. They promise custom suits Made in Italy. Collect a deposit from you and the suit is Made in China. They even have the nerve to cut of the tag that says "made in China" in front of me. Currently in a dispute to have them return my deposit back. The owner is very unprofessional in his business practice.
These guys are on top of their game! I got my order in only three days. Most places take weeks and I hate waiting. This is my favorite clothing store now. The quality is also good, not the cheap China crap.
Bought a suit there last year and needed to wear it a year later, and found the pants wrinkled like an accordion. Called them up, they pressed them like new, no questions asked. Out in 5 minutes! That's how a business gets repeat customers!

BEWARECould I give this place a 0? I would if I could!Let me start by saying that I had my dry cleaning done here a few times before with satisfactory results. I tested their cleaning on the less expensive clothes and they seemed fine, so I decided to bring my more luxurious garments to get cleaned (several silk blouses, to be exact)...and it was a huge mistake! They ruined a $200 silk chiffon blouse completely (color bled all over, shrunk 2 sizes) and semi-ruined another silk tunic (this one just shrunk too but not so drastically). My favorite blouse, however, is unrecoverable...it looks like a wrinkled piece of dirty rug now, and not like a beautiful stylish garment that I was saving for better occasions and therefore got to wear only three times:(( Here I need to mention that I had it dry cleaned at two other businesses before and it was completely fine, no problems at all - it still looked brand new. Did they just decide to wash a silk blouse at Mr. Cleaners???I also want to note the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff: after they took my blouse, I came by twice to pick it up and they just kept saying that it isn't ready. They promised to call me when it is ready and never did. On my third visit, they finally confessed that it was ruined beyond repair and handed me a dirty-grey piece of cloth... I was very upset but I decided not to cause a scene and instead to give them a chance to make it up. The front lady said she would contact the owner and they would try to find me a similar blouse online or reimburse me somehow. Not hearing from them again for a week... Tried to contact the owner and when I finally did, he said that he didn't feel responsible for the damage and would not provide any compensation. He was quite rude and unapologetic on the phone.Please take your nicer clothes elsewhere if you want to receive in a wearable condition after cleaning. This place is a disaster!
I do not like writing negative reviews... but this one is TRULY to help brides and grooms out there who are looking for a place to rent or buy tuxes/suits. Do not go to Jos. A. Bank. We were not treated well the ENTIRE time. They were inconvenienced when we made any requests to verify our order, only to find out every time that something was wrong in the order. We had to verify 6+ times that our order for 5 groomsmen was right, and every time something was wrong, and they never once offered an apology let along a discount/refund- nothing!After thoroughly making sure that everything was correct (on our part, they didn't help at all), the items came in not only incorrect (all the ties were the wrong color, two of our groomsmen had the wrong shoes, and one three of the groomsmen's suits didn't fit) but three of the five suit shirts, vests and jackets were DIRTY (including the grooms)! At a minimum they could have ensured that the grooms suit looked good. They were no help the day we received the suits with all of these errors and said they could get us replacements the evening of May 4th- we were getting married at 9:00 a.m. on May 4th! They didn't offer a refund, or assist in any way. So our groomsmen wore dirty, discolored items. After the wedding, my husband attempted to go through the store workers to get help, but they were not interested in helping. Eventually, my husband got to a supervisor and they offered to give us one suit for free. ONE. It's terrible. And then of course, after the wedding a few of our friends asked if we went there, and said, "oh I could have told you they were terrible"! Ha ha. Great help that was!I just want to give other brides and grooms the chance to not have such a horrible experience. Don't go there. It's not worth it. Go anywhere else, go somewhere where "renting" is their business. I wish this wasn't what happen to us, but it is... I just hope our review will help others.
