Called to ask about upgrading the firmwear in my Dream Station CPAP machine. They didn't know that could be done.(experts?) But they said they would check and call me back. That was a week ago. Haven't heard from them since.
Sonoma Home Health took excellent care of my father! Not only did they help him with his medication, behaving and nursing needs but they also had Fhysical Therapy's to get him back to great help! This medical service facility should be shut down! Very incompetent staff as well as false charges to Medicaid! Looking into this further.. but I would choose someplace that doesn't falsify medical billings! They never follow through with patients either!
worst health care provider ever. This is the worst provider in the valley. Office staff is rude management has no clue. The nurses are amongst the worst there is a constant turnover company cannot keep employees they are truly the biggest joke in Healthcare. if you need home health these are not the people you want.
The nurse and the therapist at Accelerated did a great job taking care of my mother after her back surgery. The physical therapist had my mom walking the day after she arrived home. This was a very good experience for the entire family. Mom is moving around the house without her walker or cane.We highly recommend this agency to everyone.
If I can give Springview zero stars, I would. Their RTs are incompetent and have no bedside manner. The director told us they were helping transition my mother into hospice care and the hospice care was never notified. When we called the director back, she cheerfully told us that they can't recertify my mom until she gets medicaid and hung up. They have no remorse for abandoning us. Do not take anyone you care about to them- they are the worst.
I have belonged to other homecare companies and this one is the best. I've belonged to this company for 2yrs, the staff is very compassionate, and professional. I don't feel like just any client, I feel special and personally cared for.
Awful! Should receive no stars as the company/program is a sham. Nurse, Mary, who did initial home visit to set up patient file was wonderful. When calling to schedule respite care never received a call back on any of the 5 phone calls. Do not use this company! Beware!
