Worst place EVER! From roaches to horibble staff
It was labor day weekend and I gave him a call on Saturday morning. He was able to fit me in pretty quickly. I've had my garbage disposal for 5-6 years and that's usually the time when a new one is needed - so just in case he brought a new one with him.
I've been to some bad hotels in my life but this is by far the worst. I can't believe I actually paid money for this. The beds are super uncomfortable along with the pillows. It took me 5 hours to finally find a comfortable position that didn't feel like my neck was gonna break two seconds after putting my head down. The only reason that I I gave it two stars is that there was a McDonald's across the street to get me away from the terrible breakfast they had at the hotel. Also every room smells like cigarettes both smoking and non-smoking. Please save your money and don't come here
We stayed at the Quality Inn & Suits during our visit to the White Sands NM. The hotel is spectacular. We have arrived late in the evening and at first, the surroundings did not look inviting. Once we have turned into the parking area we felt we have found an oasis. The courtyard was neat and beautifully landscaped. The pool area was well lit and nicely located. In the lobby, we instantly felt welcomed. Juan at the desk was exceptionally nice - great personality and a wonderful demeanor. Our room was excellent - spacious bathroom and vanity, working appliances, 2 tables. One of our lights in the room did not work. Juan was at our door literally within seconds after our call. He took care of the problem in no time. The room was spotless and smelled fresh. The beds were very comfortable. We had the best night rest during our 12-day trip. Breakfast area was very clean and food was wonderful - fruits, yogurt, eggs, waffles, etc. Great coffee! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Las Cruces, NM.
Ive stayed here numerous times and for a little money ($60 a night) I got a nice room with an awesome TV, great WIFI, and super comfortable beds.
I've stayed at this place 3 times now, everytime that I'm driving from California to Dallas. It's a nice halfway point for me. The motel is very nice and I've never had any issues with my reservations or with parking when they are busy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everytime I'm there, we always manage to find some hole in the wall pizza place to grab a pizza from and eat in the room. If I ever have the unfortunate luck of having to make the 27 hour again, I will be staying at this place. Why leave something you already like, right?
I was very happy with my choice to stay here. After a long drive in from Dallas, this Quality Inn was fantastic throughout our entire 1-night stay. The front desk clerk, Joe, was great about getting us into our room quickly and giving us a recommendation for an awesome spot to eat dinner at. The pool was nice and cool on the hot day that when we arrived. The beds and shower was comfy. The free breakfast the following morning was perfect. Had biscuits, waffles, fruit and every basic food item. I would stay here again and would recommend it for anyone travelling through or in Las Cruces.
We had to take a detour to get to our hotel due to high winds having caused the highway to close. The rooms are large, comfortable, and come with refrigerator and microwave - a real plus! The hotel is well-kept, and clean in general, and the rooms are well-maintained. The breakfast provided was only biscuits and gravy, which poses a problem for guests who need low-sodium diets, but the hotel manager Jo Reed, gave fresh eggs to create our own scrambled eggs in the microwave (since there was no kitchen for the hotel to offer scrambled eggs on the breakfast menu). This hotel really did provide great customer service, and really gave us the impression they would do whatever they could to make our stay more comfortable. The hotel is easy to find from the highway, and close to restaurants and the New Mexico State University. We have stayed here before, and definitely will stay here again.
We were very pleased with this choice as we traveled along I-10. Its a few blocks off the freeway and that is probably the reason for a great price on a very nice room. It was complete with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The staff were helpful when we needed batteries for the remote for the tv. The young man promptly fixed it and we were pleased at the expedience. The breakfast was more than just juice and rolls. They had hot and cold cereal, bagels and toast, biscuits and gravy, hard boiled eggs as well as the pasteries, muffins and juice. It was quite adequate. There was a Cracker Barrel restaurant just a mile from the hotel, which we were pleased about. We would stay here again if in the area.
Yes we had a very good stay while in Las Cruces. The service was nice and the appearance was very nice cleanly and very nice for the price. We had a terrible stay at the hotel across the street so when we checked in here it was delightful.
