The best place to shop in Las Cruces. I have been coming since I heard about this place on the Las Cruces Channel Facebook page. They have the same stuff I would have had to pay double and triple for if I had gone to Sam's Club or Walmart. It's real funny because there are alot of people that are paying many times triple the price of the price at the Clubstore. I don't get it. I get all my birthday gifts, wedding gifts and it makes me look good because, I show up at the party with this, like $200 gift which only cost me about $70 or $80 bucks. Everything is below wholesale and than they have discounts on top of that. I love the Clubstore Outlet. I feel sorry sometime when I go to Ross and I see the same items for double the price and people are buying them. I just want to tell everyone. Hope you all find this place..
I think it's a nice store. For their size of the store a person cant expect a huge selection. One staff is rude but the others are friendly. I like the store overall and convince is great the have a drive thru.
also had a terrible experience with the owner. there are plenty of smoke shops on 163rd Street. please don't make the mistake i did by going to this one.
Terrible service, owner never keeps promises and never caries what customer is looking for even tho it may be advertised. Prices are never correct as advertised so you never know how much you really are paying for a product. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTABLE!!!!
Took days to get piece of bedroom furniture!!!! Got runaround. Could not get money back!!!! Do not do business with these people.
NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY! Whenever I originally moved into this apartment complex, one of my FIRST questions was whether or not there was a military clause in the lease in the event that I receive orders to relocate. There in fact is, and I was told that they definitely work with military. So I proceeded with the move-in, and at the time, the staff seemed SO well-informed and SO friendly. Well, a coworker of mine who lived in the same complex received orders. He brought in a copy of his orders with a date of when he would be leaving the country. First, they told him that the paperwork he turned in weren't "real orders"... I'm SURE that of all people that can identify orders, the AMAZING staff at the Pavilions can. Then, they gave him a hard time about exactly what date he would be able to get out of his lease... because while his orders did state that he was leaving the country on a certain date, they decided to only consider the RNLTD (which, of course, was a later date). For those of you who are unfamiliar with what a RNLTD is... it is the very latest date that you are allowed to check-in at your next base... aka report no later than date. It wasn't until one of our supervisors came in for himself threatening to get our legal office involved, because what they were doing was illegal, that they finally gave in.Well, I just received orders myself... and already, I'm dealing with the same ridiculous nonsense that my coworker had to deal with. For being in an area that has 4 military bases nearby, you would think the staff would be familiar with laws associated with the military. Not so much. In fact, one of the staff told my husband point blank that they do not honor the Soldier's and Sailor's Civil Relief Act, but that they "appreciate our service and what we do." Well, luckily we anticipated this, and had a hard copy of the Servicemember's Civil Relief Act, which replaced the Soldier's and Sailor's Civil Relief Act years ago (nice to see that they're up to date on what goes on in the world). It clearly states that it is MANDATORY to terminate a lease early if the member has PCS orders...Bottom line, these people, including management, will give you a hard time about anything and everything. There are other things I've had to deal with aside from the issues about being in the military with orders. You can hear every word being said in the room next to you, there are roaches in the first floor apartments... I'm truly, truly dreading dealing with the move-out process with these people.
