Worst salon ever they don't know know to cut hair very disappointed. Rosie (the owner) did a very poor job cutting my most hair. I asked if I need an appointment and they said no. So they have a waiting list and I put my name on it and they didn't even call me they just scribbled my name out and when I complained they just said "you don't need one".... ok what if I wanted a change? It's my hair!
My son was transfered from one children's garden to another because of issues we were having between a bully and the director and because of the bully, my son was put on a behavior program that should have been transfered with him. At the second daycare, my son's sheets and blankets continuously became "lost". The "teachers" were constantly coming and going. It seemed like there was new staff every week. They also replaced the director. I was told by some of the teachers that because there wasn't consistancy, the kids would become uncontrollable. Some of the kids, including mine, we're fighting. My son has had many "behavior reports". They said he hurt other kids and that he did it for no reason and out of nowhere, but at home he always has a reason to be upset. It seems like no one knows what to tell me when I ask what happened. The daycare called me in for a meeting, then rescheduled the meeting on my way to the meeting, then told me he was no longer able to come back and that it was all my son's fault that the teachers were "quitting". Soon after the meeting, I found out the real reason teachers were in and out was because they are all college students interning.I'm infuriated.
Beware of the stylist Tristen. Showed her a photo of a cut about 3-4 ' long, ended up with 1" . Still mad, I should not have paid her at all.
sweet woman owns it but she can only cut one way and does not listen or pay any attention to what the customer has requested.
I was a referral to this salon and to Tami. I wanted to first go in for just a consultation without a service & Tami was very open to scheduling that for me. My previous stylist has always done the same thing on me for years. I might be 65 but I don't want to be 65 and Tami gave me a great more modern pixie that suited me and my busy life.Tami has a flare for short cuts and gets to know who you are to give you a cut & style that best suits your lifestyle.I scheduled for my color and needless to say, not only was I pleased with my cut, but my color was beautiful. Tami obviously cares. It shows in her work and her salon. A great place to relax and have confidence in the service you receive.
Kid's Kountry took this center over in 2012 and has turned it around to be a clean and wonderful place for children. They also offer the NM PreK program to four year olds, with a certified teacher with her Masters Degree.
I went here to get a cut and highlight, they told me it was going to be 80, first the lady didn't get closer enough to my roots when bleaching do I looked like I got it done weeks ago cuz it had a big gap. Then I told her I wanted it blond with red low lights in my bangz. She gave,me this awful oranges blond color and colored my entire bangs red! I even showed her a picture of What I wanted!!!!! She then proceeded to tell me that she was charging me 140 because she used extra color! How does extra color cost an extra 60. Nedless to say, I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone
I can't believe it took me so long to find you!!!I simply love the cut and color that Jenny did on my hair. It was a great experience!
My haorstylist moved, so I had the challenge of trying to find a stylist that is just as amazing. Well, I didn't find them at Duncan Noble. The stylist did the worst layers I have ever had and gave my hair a weird box type shape. No movement at all. So I went back for her to correct it and she actually made it worse! I went to 2 other salons before being able to correct her mess and now with much shorter hair made the vow to never step foot in Duncan Noble. I called several times asking to speak with a manager only to get called and chewed out by the stylist. She actually argued that there was nothing wrong with the cut and that she would not be refunding me. She was very rude and unprofessional. Go to the Fixx instead would be my recommendation.
Great!!!! Jenny, owner, has been my stylist since moving to Las Cruces almost four years ago. During the past four years, I've attempted long hair to short hair(several styles), different shades of highlights and even a perm. I love a new look every few months and I've NEVER been disappointed in Jenny's talents. Her prices are equivalent or less then other salons in the Las Cruces area. I've always been treated well and never waited more then 5-10 minutes for an appointment. Jenny has always accommodated my crazy schedule. Plus, I can make appointments via text.....hair should be easy and Jenny does just that for me!!
