They don't clean purses no moreThey used to do it , and service was better overall, time for other business
I bought a Rainbow cleaning system from City Dynamics and we LOVE it! No dust, allergies are better, and it's wonderful for getting rid of any fowl odors. I turn mine on to 'purify' when I cut onions or accidentally burn something in the kitchen. It's a sleek and easy to use machine, I love using my essential oils with it. My husband told me the other day that he's spoiled by how nice I keep the house smelling.I'm happy with every aspect of the purchase. Matthew McClure was professional and so personable. He answered my many questions and it was a quick and easy process. My machine is paid off now and it's my favorite home appliance! I recommend it to everyone I know and my friends and family are so jealous of it when they see it in action/after effect!!
I've never had a vacuum (much less an air cleaner) like the Rainbow unit that we bought from City Dynamics. After winning a small Rainbow air cleaner, Gabriel from City Dynamics showed up (with a young trainee in tow) to present it and demo their large unit. The large unit functions as an air cleaner and vacuum. Gabriel demonstrated each attachment, all the while showing what the Rainbow was pulling in each time. Yikes, was I embarrassed. Then he used the vacuum I had on a small area about 30 times, and then went over the exact area maybe two back-and-forths with the Rainbow. Holy crap, that's when we decided we had to have one. We leave the base unit running almost all day in air cleaner mode, and our house smells clean (and we have three cats with a large litter box). As for the vacuum action, there is virtually no dust or cat hair floating in the light that streams in through the windows now. City Dynamics made it easy to purchase such a great unit - we're satisfied!
hours are 10:00am to 10:30pm all week
Great service - great price - always friendly, helpful folks who really take care of my clothes. They repair hems, sew buttons. Who could ask for more?
The customer service is excellent with a friendly personable greeting each and every time, and they make an effort to really get to know their customers by name. The hours are extended making it much more convenient, free internet, reasonable prices, and they take their job seriously with great attention to details. In my case I have had nothing but bad outcomes from their competition. I often remark that University Cleaners has a magical cleaning faIry! They have been able to do remarkable (magical) cleaning for some of my delicate pieces, stain removal, alterations, button replacement (without any request), and always get it right when I have a special request for no crease in my pants. I received a phone call from them on one occasion when the crease was too permanent to be ironed out. Wow, I was impressed with this special attention to detail. At their competition I got a crease no matter how adamant I was about no crease. I give them 5 stars!!!!!!!
Being new to the area, I went on the hunt for a dry cleaner. I don't require too much from a dry cleaner - 1. Clean my clothes, 2. Don't ruin my clothes, and 3. Be pretty cheap. University Cleaners certainly satisfies all of my exacting criteria. Simply put, they get the job done. That is not to say this place isn't notable. There are a few reasons this joint is better than others in Cruces. First, they're local. If there's an option, I always try to support the Mom & Pop joints. I think all the people who work there are related, if not, they have very particular hiring requirements. Second, the hours here are great. What's the point of a dry cleaners if they are open 9-5 and closed on weekends. The only people who need dry cleaners work from 9-5 and have weekends free! Those are great hours for an English major trying to get their tweed jacket cleaned, but for the rest of us, it's much more convenient to drop your clothes off before or after work. This joint opens at 7, giving most people more than enough time to drop of their clothes and get to work. Third, it's pretty cheap. Like two bucks a shirt.Nothing crazy, just a good dry cleaners. I'm sure their laundry service is also good, I've just never used it.
