Merry Christmas. For $33.00 dollars my gas was shut off and they demanded $300.00 dollars to turn it back on. You can not pay your bill by phone or internet. If you call the 1-800-524-4277 emergency number you get a travel scam. If you search for their web page online you get "Error 404". We went on Friday to pay bill and they were closed till the shut off date. There was a long line of folks who was waiting when I went to pay. Does this state have a public utilities offer? Will channel 7 news help? Being disabled and having a school aged son living at home I can say we will be using extra blankets till we can get this taken care of.

Overall

This company does not accept credit cards! I don't know why they haven't got this figured out yet. Not sure if merchant fees are trying to be avoided, but that's the cost of doing business and also the cost of providing convenience to your customers. You can mail your check, or pay in cash, or set up your bill via bill pay with your bank. It's 2015, lets get with the times.

Worst billing and service. If there was a different company here in Las Cruces I would switch in a heartbeat. And if I could rate them at 0 stars I would. (And that would be giving them a better rating than I want to)

Worst customer service ever. Everyone at the front desk and over the phone are just rude as well as the assistant manager Nancy. They need to work on their people skills. The technicians have all been very nice. If there was another gas company I would have switched years ago.

They have led us on giving us the impression of natural gas being routed to our house for 5 years new and we still are not any closer to getting any thanks to their very inefficient staff that is bent on lousy customer service and false promises.

bad customer service!

They turned my families gas off the day before it snowed for a amount of 20 dollars! My kids were sick for a month after that! I payed one day late come on for real people!:-(

Poor Customer Courtesy and Pro...

Poor Customer Courtesy and Professionalism.

I had hot water before they changed my meter and supposedly lit my pilot lights. I don't have hot water. And scared me at 8am Saturday knocking at my door after jumping my closed gates when they changed my meters. Don't get me started

on the dogs outside surrounding my house.
