Jack Key Kia was the best dealership I had visited on my long quest for a Kia Soul ! with Premium package. They went above and beyond to meet my needs. I originally had come on a Sunday when they were closed to briefly view their inventory. David Shortridge was working on his day off so he was able to show me some of the Souls. I could not say enough good things about him and my encounter with Jack Key Kia. He was definitely a blessing!! He showed me the Souls and answered all my question informatively and genuinely! I knew exactly what I wanted and they unfortunetly did not have it in their inventory because the Kia Soul !s were hard to come by, let alone an ! with premium package. David promised to find one that fit my all my wants. He did that and more!! I am beyond thankful to Jack Key Kia and for David! Also I found Joseph Ananis very friendly. He had excellent customer service skills. He went with me on my test drive of the car and sat with me while we waited on financing. He has good conversation and people skills! All in all if you are looking for a Kia I would highly recommend Jack Key kia, as previously stated the whole staff went above and beyond for me. They also always remained very friendly and genuine the whole time. I will definitely be a loyal customer and refer others to Jack Key Kia!
My wife and I were traveling from Phoenix back to Texas, and pulling a 5th wheel with my Ram 2500 Diesel, and I got a DEF Check System message. It said that with 5 miles left I would shutdown to 5 mph. I was about 120 miles from Las Cruces, NM. My wife found Lithia Dodge and called them. The service manager said to bring it in. I was down to about 49 miles when we got to the dealership at 5:30 pm. Ron, a salesman, directed me to the Service Center, and Mark, the Senior mechanic came out and immediately started to work on the problem as soon as we arrived. After about 30 minutes and working past 6 pm the problem as solved using Wifi technology and sent on our way without a charge! Many thanks to these people and this dealership. I just recently bought a 2013 Dodge Dart. The buying process went very quick and painless. Lithia Dodge is the first place I stopped to test drive some cars. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I wasn't being pushed into trying any type of car. Mike and Patrick were very patient with me while I test drove many cars and some of them more than once while I tried to pick the perfect one for me. I stopped at a few other dealers to try some other cars to narrow down my search and very quickly went back to Lithia Dodge after some very rude and uninterested sales people tried to pressure me into particular cars at the other dealerships in Las Cruces. I would suggest to everyone that is looking for a new or used car to go to Lithia Dodge first, because you won't want to bother going any where else after that!!!
I recently bought a 1987 Jeep wrangler with a 4.2 liter engine with over heating issues for which I deduced to start with the water pump, after replacing the radiator, thermostat, and the temperature sending unit. After endless hours of searching on the internet I found for that modile there were two styles of water pumps but, all the articles were unclear as to which was the correct water pump. I decided to call a jeep dealer. Upon calling I talked to a lady (cannot remember her name) I asked which was the correct water pump (standard or reverse rotation) for that vehicle. She went way out of her way to assist me. I really appreciate her assistance and give her a big thumbs up.
On an out of warranty issue, and after only 3 months from my purchase on a pre-owned car, I had a minor issue with 2 bulbs out. So I went in for the repair correction and it was taken care of immediately and complimentary. I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. Yes, it professionalism, courtesy and being reasonable with your customers still exist. There are many reasons I am a loyal Sisbarro customer and this is another reason I continue to be.
went in to Lithia Dodge of Las Cruces yesterday 8/16/12 with a unique problem. I had a vehicle we needed to sell or trade (had equity in it), the entire staff were quite helpful and nonjudgmental.They all understood my situation, there was no hassle or pressure. Everyone here at Jack Key was very friendly. This is my very first car and i have been very excited and i love how everyone shared my excitment. They made me feel comfortable and sure about my decision they showed me everything about the car. How to use it all the features and ill always reccomend to come buy cars at the Nissan theyre always had the best most unique cars. Best experience ever!

Every thing has gone okay so far, but there is one minor problem....the item that we noticed when we bought our nissan, did not get repaired, now I have to make a trip all the way to Las Cruces to see if you can fix it.
