Mesilla valley satellites salesman Abraham Gutierrez came to my house about 9 months ago selling Hughes net internet service. I told him at the time I wasn't interested be cause I had talked to Hughes net and they told me I could only steam about 16 hours of video each month. As we have no tv service at our house we watch Netflix and Amazon prime for our entertainment. Abraham told me that that wasn't the case any more since they now had generation 5. He said we could steam all the video we wanted and we would have upto 50 MPS and never less than 12 MPS. After installation I could not watch any Amazon prime with out buffering so I called Abe and Hughes net and they sent out a tech who went over all the installation and got it working better but I still couldn't watch Amazon. So I texted Abe and he answered me saying they would get me a video player that would make it work.It never happened. After 8 months of service I called Hughes net and they then told me they cut down my bandwidth after I used too much. They then proceeded to tell me all the video I could stream was about 16 hours a month. That was the first time anyone at Hughes net or Mesilla valley had ever brought this up. I would never have signed up if I had not been lied to I asked Hughes net to let me out of my contract since I had been lied to from the beginning and they would not. I ended service lat week and they charged me $300.00 for ending my contract. I then drove 110 miles to Las Cruces and hand delivered a letter stating my problem with they're Salesman telling me all these lies. I asked the secretary at they're office Mesilla valley to give this letter to the owner and she said she would. In the letter I asked the owner to please help me out of paying the $300.00. No response. I have all the text of my communications with Abraham. These people will tell you anything and do nothing. I would not do business with them if you have any other choice. I would have given them 0 stars if I could have!

Use to be a Dish Customer before moving to Las Cruces, so glad I found out about Comcast/Xfinity. The services available are outstanding with their Xfinity on demand and the DVR. I also have my Internet service with Comcast and have never had any problems whatsoever. The guys that work in the Las Cruces office are the best and very helpful. Never plan to give up my Comcast service!
