THE OWNER HAS TRIED TO CHEAT ME SEVERAL TIMES WITH THE VEHICLE I BOUGHT AND HAD ALWAYS BEEN RUDE. HE TRIED CHARGING ME FOR A MOTOR TWICE AND ONLY FOUND THE MISTAKE WHEN I COMPLAINED AND DEMANDED A ITEM STATEMENT. WHEN I DID THE REGISTRATION FOR THE CAR CAME TO FIND OUT HE SOLD ME A SALVAGE WHICH HE NEVER DISCLOSED. I WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH HIM AGAIN.

On an out of warranty issue, and after only 3 months from my purchase on a pre-owned car, I had a minor issue with 2 bulbs out. So I went in for the repair correction and it was taken care of immediately and complimentary. I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. Yes, it professionalism, courtesy and being reasonable with your customers still exist. There are many reasons I am a loyal Sisbarro customer and this is another reason I continue to be.

My wife and I were traveling from Phoenix back to Texas, and pulling a 5th wheel with my Ram 2500 Diesel, and I got a DEF Check System message. It said that with 5 miles left I would shutdown to 5 mph. I was about 120 miles from Las Cruces, NM. My wife found Lithia Dodge and called them. The service manager said to bring it in. I was down to about 49 miles when we got to the dealership at 5:30 pm. Ron, a salesman, directed me to the Service Center, and Mark, the Senior mechanic came out and immediately started to work on the problem as soon as we arrived. After about 30 minutes and working past 6 pm the problem as solved using Wifi technology and sent on our way without a charge! Many thanks to these people and this dealership. Travelers beware, any major repairs to be done to your vehicle will be special order and wait period is about 1-3 days before your vehicle to be done. Tryed of waiting to get our truck to be done, took the truck back & take our chances going home. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!
Worst place to buy a car at! I bought a Ford Fusion here back in 2015. The car had some damage to it and we agreed to have the damage fixed if I make the purchase. I decided to proceed. The car was taken in by the business as promised. When i got the car back, it was a disaster. We are talking paint runs, over spray on my interior, rims and damages to plastic covers. I complained, they took the vehicle back. After taking the vehicle back in, the only thing that was done to my knowledge is polishing and a little cleaning. Paint runs, Razor marks and a horrible buffing job remains. I can only advise to stay away from this business and go somewhere else to avoid problems. After posting a review in Facebook, I was threatened with a lawsuit against me. This does not hold me back from warning people about the business they do.
Bought a car about 6 months ago from here and have had no problems with it. I'd recommend buying from this actual dealership.
