I am a disabled veteran. Occasionally I need the services of a teller. The last four times I went into the bank, I have had to wait at least 20 minutes for service. I have tried different branches in both Connecticut and Florida, and the results have been the same:tedious waste of my time. This last time I asked a man sitting at a desk if we could get a teller to wait on the line of customers that had accumulated. He apologized saying the tellers were on break and went back to his empty desk. Outside I watched at least 3 customers look in the window only to leave in exasperation.
Great customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never changing banks. I Have never had a bad experience.
The only problem I have with this bank was their drive thru was very slow. Now granted there was only one teller at the time. but they could have moved a lot quicker
