On two occasions, I needed to have my glasses repaired in a rush. Under normal circumstances, it would have been costly and a long wait at another establishment I go to. But with the Optical Factory, I was so impressed with the wonderful customer service and the quality of the frames I received in such short period of time. The staff went beyond the call of duty, and even thought outside of the box, to help me get the frames I needed without having to replace my lenses. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!

I have a very old pair of single vision wire frame glasses that I wear
Around the house watching tv etc. The plastic on the temple part around
The ears is old and brittle which is irritating to the skin. I found The Optical
Factory on internet and brought them in for them to look at. They put new
Plastic shinkwrap on the ends and also new nose pads while I waited for about ten minutes without making an appt to come back another day.
Great service and nice staff. I plan on coming here for my next new pair of glasses.

I have been going to the Optical Factory & it's previous incarnation (Holm Optical) for many years. I would trust my eyes to no one else. They do business the "old fasioned way" - with integrity & honesty. They will not let you leave the facility unless your glasses fit perfectly & the optics are true to your prescription. The staff here are genuinely interested in giving you the best service & product for your needs. This is a very special organization.
