After two service calls for the same issue, my Whirlpool DW leaking, the technician, took my word for problem, didn't run a diagnostic, ordered a replacement motor. DW was still under warrantee, still company tried to charge me over $300 for part. After call to Whirlpool, cost was waived. Motor was replaced, leaking didn't stop. Water poured out of the direct place where the technician had worked. Called Whirlpool, again, they said warrantee on job and liability for work, laid with appliance repair co (that they set up/contracted with for warrantee work). Another phone call to this co and I was told they would be happy to diagnos the problem, to the tune of $90! If found to be a problem with the part, we would have to take it up with Whirlpool. They do not warrantee their work/stand behind it. Basically, we have a useless $700 15 month old dishwasher. We have no choice to buy a new dishwasher. You can bet it won't be a Whirlpool and we will never use/recommend this company. BEWARE!!

Christina was at my home today...I have never been so impressed with a technician! She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I new all the benefits of my appliance and that I new how to work everything properly. Highly recommend!

I would like to say that my whole experience with this company was great. Sue was very friendly and professional. She has wonderful customer service skills. And Christina was a very bright young lady that was absolutely wonderful to work with. she came out to my apartment to work on my stove and had it fixed within 15 minutes. It was nice to see a woman technician, as I am a older widowed woman. I will be a forever customer. thank you appliance services for the experience.

I am very pleased with the service I received from technician Christina. she was very patient with me as I asked questions and was very thorough in her diagnosis. the staff as well was very nice and professional they worked with me on my time frame. I will definitely be a lifelong customer of this company.

Best technician ever!

Not only was the technician on time and personable, she really knows what shes doing. Christina was able to show me the broken motor on my dishwasher and explained to me why it failed. She was very calm,pacient, and professional. I would highly recommend this company!

Left waiting with no word --just a credit card charge

Although he was very nice an chatty when he came out, there was no follow through on what he promised and now I am facing a weekend of company with a dryer with a motor.
When he was out last week I scheduled for Friday because it was the only day I was in town. I asked him if I needed to double check with someone at his office; told him that if there was any problem we would rescheduled for earlier in the week and someone would meet him there. I explained I was having company on the weekend and needed it fixed. NO problem. Wrote down the appointment time so it was ""on his way home"" and never showed. Not a phone call, not a word. Have called and left message after message. We have used these people for years.
