John Davis repaired double 30” Wolf Oven which was just under a year old. Needed new circuit board. Part was slow in arriving due to supply-chain but I was updated by High-End at every turn. J Davis was professional in every way, calling beforehand and prompt arrival. Very pleased and would call again for High-End and John Davis!
Your service technician Brad worked on our sub zero refrigerator. We were very impressed with his overall knowledge of the sub zero refrigerator. He took the time to ensure the unit was set properly and everything was working before he left our home. Should we need future repairs on our sub zero or our wolf appliances, we will request Brad to come back to our home. Thank You
I had Bradley James (High-End Service) work on my Wolf range and since the range is expensive I wanted to ensure I had a top quality repair person. Bradley was outstanding! Very thorough and knowledgeable, made sure he corrected the problem the first time. I highly recommend High-End Service for Wolf / Sub Zero products

I would like to take a second to commend the service tech that came out today to work on our Sub-Zero fridge/freeze. Jason was extremely customer focused. He found the issue asap and figured out it was the evaporator. He worked with myself and Sub-Zero customer service to reduce the cost of the repair because this was a recurring issue.
I wish all the service people who work on my household appliances were half as good!!! My compliments to Jason and those who have trained him, you don't see folks with his skill set everyday!
