Your service technician Brad worked on our sub zero refrigerator. We were very impressed with his overall knowledge of the sub zero refrigerator. He took the time to ensure the unit was set properly and everything was working before he left our home. Should we need future repairs on our sub zero or our wolf appliances, we will request Brad to come back to our home. Thank You
I had Bradley James (High-End Service) work on my Wolf range and since the range is expensive I wanted to ensure I had a top quality repair person. Bradley was outstanding! All around excellence. I’ve only done a review like this once or twice before, but Jesse was so good it wouldn’t be right not to acknowledge him. I agree with all the positive reviews about his service and demeanor. He returned my initial call to him within a couple of hours. He called ahead twice to let me know when he would be able to arrive. He arrived when he said he would. I had a dryer that needed a belt that I wasn’t able to put on. I had taken the dryer apart and put back together so I was able to a small degree to know that he was familiar with the model even though it was more than twenty years old. He thought that I had the replacement belt which I didn’t, so he gave me an estimate and went to get the belt. Even though the belt was $10 more than he thought it would be, he would have kept to the original estimate if I hadn’t said it wasn’t necessary. His price seemed completely reasonable. He was affable and had noticeably good manners. I’d recommend him without reservation - and I am not a friend or relative as one of his detractors suggested explains his good reviews. Two days later I had an electrical problem not related to the dryer. He was out to look at it within a couple of hours and had the problem fixed very quickly and again at a very reasonable charge. I was very surprised to see his few negative reviews. Those complaints were the exact opposite of my experience. Thanks, Jesse.
I called Jesse late June 2017 to repair my wine fridge. After multiple visits, it was still not repaired. He then took the wine fridge to his house for over three weeks so he could “properly fix it”. I had to constant contact Jesse to get the status of the repair. He then kept moving the return date back. I finally told him I that I wanted it back on specific day. He told me he’d deliver it at 6:30, he didn’t show up until after 9PM! One day later, the wine fridge was still not keeping temperature. He came out, yet again, and it still was not repaired after that. Jesse has since been nearly impossible to get ahold of. He warranted his work but we are stuck with a broken fridge. He says he will come over to fix it but never does. Poor business and poor quality of work. Stay away!
Unreliable, didn't keep appointments, didn't return messages, didn't fix my problem although the job is still under warranty, didn't show up even when he confirmed the appointment.I suggest you DO NOT use this business. Totally unreliable and unprofessional.
I would highly recommend Quality Appliance Service for appliance repairs. Frigidaire sent them to us because our refrigerator was under warranty and James, the certified technician did a great job. He was friendly, courteous and professional. I would ask for James again.
I bought a used fridge well over one year ago for a very fair price. This fridge works beautifully with no signs of quitting any time soon. I recently purchased a simple electric range. After having it for two months, things began to go wrong. I called Hansen's, explained the problem and they brought another UPGRADED range the very next day. I recommend Hansen's to everyone.. Friendly, fair prices and prompt attention..
Jon is a smart, conscientious employee. He is pleasant and clearly enjoys his job. He was anxious to service my old Sub Zero to preserve its life for as long as possible. He is educated and tries to teach his customers as best he can! I am confident that I have found the right service company after 21 years of disappointment. Tania, I would like to take a second to commend the service tech that came out today to work on our Sub-Zero fridge/freeze. Jason was extremely customer focused. He found the issue asap and figured out it was the evaporator. He worked with myself and Sub-Zero customer service to reduce the cost of the repair because this was a recurring issue.I wish all the service people who work on my household appliances were half as good!!! My compliments to Jason and those who have trained him, you don't see folks with his skill set everyday!A very satisfied customer!!Thank you,Stuart
