The management has spent a lot of time advertising the "new" property. The fact is they charge top dollar for subpar units. The construction during the renovation is lacking. The workers doing the work are minimally supervised people found on Craigslist. When there are issues with the unit the management is unresponsive and dismissive. When they do choose to respond they over promise and under deliver. Emergency after hours service calls are not returned or addressed. They are lax about background checks - primary objective is to get your money. Average electric bills are $350/month and there is documentation of holes in the A/C ducts in the attic but that's your problem once you move in. After that is said & done they've got you stuck in a POS unit for 12 months. Property manager has the personality and behavior of a 6 year old child. Refuses to discus issues or resolve problems. RUN!!
