We went to him for cremation services for our dad. He specifically stated that we would receive the remains shipped to us withing ten days. Not only did we not receive the remains in the stated time frame, but the cremation did not take place for eight days. After 18 days we finally received the remains, well beyond the stated period.We ordered two urns from him as well. We specifically ordered two dark blue urns with the American flag and eagled emblazened on it in silver color. He was too lazy to write the correct colors of the urns that we ordered on the invoice and of course didn't remember when it came time to ship it to us. Instead of getting the urns we selected, we received two urns with a different style logo and the colors if the urns were gold and gray. We called Don to correct this and he completely denied that he had any other urns even though we were in there two weeks ago and intentionally selected the colors. We would never have selected gold.Speaking of urns, you can purchase the exact same urns on Amazon.com for less than one-third the price he charges and then you don't have to worry about this guy sending you the incorrect one because he is incompetent and can't perform the services he agrees to do.Also watch out for him slipping in a 4% service charge for using your credit card to pay for the services. It is illegal in Florida for a business to charge service fees for using a credit card.They also do viewing at their location. The viewing room is very tiny and you'll have to step over numerous cardboard boxes all down the hallway leading to the viewing area and also the viewing area is in similiar disarray.After he finished with the invoice and payment, we asked him if he could make another copy of the invoice so we both could have one. He huffed like it was such a huge inconvenience to do this for his customers. He was in too much of a hurry to move along to his next victim since he had already gotten our money.
