I had a problem child phone. Xavier, one of the Sales Advocate, was initially the one to help me. He has been there before when I've had problems. The first time I met him, he was new, but it didn't stop him from doing his best to help me. He is an asset to the store and has a killer smile. Today was no different. My phone has a mind of it's own; it goes on and off at will, and to date, it has only done it in front of me. Problem/s finally demonstrated themselves in front of Xavier, and he kept his sense of humor even though there was no explanation other than old age, for the problem/s. Half way through my time in the store, the manager, EJ, arrived. He also worked with me to help figure out what was going on with my phone. I decided to buy a new one. Both gentlemen were easy to talk to and gave me as much time as I needed to figure out what kind of phone to get to keep me within budget, demonstrate what each phone could do, and keep it simple enough to not confuse this dinosaur. Xavier left when his shift was over and EJ finished copying over the information from my old phone, showing me a bit about the new one, and getting me on my way after a long day. I am one happy customer. The staff at Cricket in the Largo Mall is simply the best. I've had Cricket service for almost 3 years. The service is great, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the store is convenient. If you need a new phone, this is the place to go. They take good care of you!
The person that helped us his name was Daniel Brooks and he was the biggest BS artist I have ever met he refused to help us and all he did was try to sell us another line instead of helping my husband get his phone fixed which is stuck in reboot mode don't ever go to the store the manager was rude to I'm switching from Verizon to any other account just because of this man you lost our business and you continue to lose more business because of Daniel Brooks I hope you get fired for being such a jerk
