Tania, I would like to take a second to commend the service tech that came out today to work on our Sub-Zero fridge/freeze. Jason was extremely customer focused. He found the issue asap and figured out it was the evaporator. He worked with myself and Sub-Zero customer service to reduce the cost of the repair because this was a recurring issue.I wish all the service people who work on my household appliances were half as good!!! You'd be better off with a block of ice in front of a fan than calling and waiting for this guy to show up. My first call to him he said he'd be out and showed up at 7:30PM. I had called early. It broke again so I called early Friday and he said he'd be out afternoon. It is now Saturday at 1:00PM and no show or no call. It's hot and now Saturday PM. Not a good time to place a call to someone new. He seemed to be a very nice guy. What a waste.
