Wow what horrible service. I was left for 10 min on hold and walked in on the employees not doing anything and they couldn't even take a freaking order. Worst service!!!!
Worst service ever. Last week on October 23rd of this year I visited Wing stop after work because I was craving some wings. I picked up a 6 piece boneless combo and took it home so I could enjoy my meal. When I opened my bag, it turns out they had messed up my order. Instead of adding fries, they had put carrots. I checked my receipt and, as expected, the server had written down french fries. I immediately called Wing Stop to let them know and they said they would give me a free order of fries on my next since they had messed up and I didn't have time to go back. Today I went for my free order of fries and turns out the manager did not want to give me the order. Apparently, they lost the paper and they weren't sure who answered my phone call. The Manager, whom I believe his name was Mando, was rude and seemed to be annoyed by my comments. He did help whatsoever resolve my problem he just simply stated he could not give me my order. I am very unsatisfied with his service and disappointed in Wing Stop for their customer service. I love to go to Wing Stop every Friday after work but this service has recently made me change my mind.
