I visited tj maxx last night with my mom and we saw a desk that caught our attention. We were in her car so there wasn't any way for us to take it home, but we asked the manager (tony) if he could hold it for us until the next morning (07/25/2017) so we could pick it up in our truck. Tony was extremely helpful and attentive and he took my name in order to hold the desk. I took the 30 minute drive from my house to tj maxx this morning, ready to pick up my desk. After waiting for 30 minutes to pay for it the girl found a small sticker under the desk and informed me that the desk had two prices, and asked if I was fine paying for the higher one which was $100 more than the ticketed price that was hanging from the desk. I told her the ticket of $99.99 clearly belonged to the desk since it had the description of it, and she said she'd ask her manager. The manager at the time (12 pm) scanned the item and saw that there was no set price to it but still told me that she somehow confirmed it was $199.99, and told me that's the price I would have to pay. As annoyed as I was about wasting my time I understand that retail jobs can be frustrating so I did not argue the price and simply told her I wouldn't be taking it anymore. She didn't bother to apologize or say a word to me she just looked away as if I was in the wrong, not the fact that they marked an item incorrectly and refused to even look into their mistake. None of the employees spoke to me after I told them I wouldn't be paying $100 more for an item that was clearly marked a certain price. it's bothering that customers are being considerate and understanding about simple mistakes like printing the wrong price but the least a manager could do is apologize.
She just takes too much time. My daughter got a haircut about 2 months ago , and the whole thing took one hour and twenty minutes
Once I walked in I was already satisfied with their clothing style, then I took a few more steps and I was even more satisfied with their barbershop! Great clothing!

This business sucks big time, first one lady cut my sons hair all wrong and left it all ugly and they always complain about that lady and she still works there. Also when we got there only two ladies were working and I counted how many were in front of me it was 7 people so we waited as soon as we sit down they locked the door so no more costumer would enter. They took 2 1/2 hours to do my sons hair and my hubby , and instead of hurrying up to do the other haircuts they are talking and telling stories. I also saw they were doing some highlights to this girl and they left her hair all damaged and the costumer didn't knew about the situation they were just whispering among each other. O well never going back.

Love this place, they're the BEST! I got my cheekbone piercing and its last 7mnths. I had to remove my other piercings cause every time i would go to Ink Addiction, they would always get infected!
The lady that took care of my hair had no experience. Went in for a regular hair cut I came out so disgusted that I had to go home and finish it myself! Do not go there
