A few weeks ago I purchased a dining room set in cash. Juan Guerrero was the sales associate that helped us with our purchase. The items were ordered and we were told that they should receive them within two weeks. When they set arrived, we had my father in law picked up the dining set only find out that it was STILL in boxes. The sales associate Juan disclosed to us that if we pick up the furniture that they would not be held responsible for damages to the furniture during transport, however, he did NOT tell us that the furniture would not be assembled or that there was an additional cost for assembly (if he would have told me that I would have paid the additional cost). My father-in-law took the items back to the store so that it can be assembled. The employees assembled the table and chairs and as my father in law was securing them down with his own straps the employees told him that THEY would need to do it because if something happened to the furniture they would not be held liable. So, they strapped it down with thin nylon string! During the trip on of the chairs flew out of the trailer and is now completely damaged.

When my father-in-law arrived with the table we took it down and set it up in the house and it was NOT the correct table! The associate ordered the regular table and counter height chairs! Due to this mess, we had to cancel a rehearsal dinner that we had planned and move it to a restaurant. We called back and spoke to various people and they all said they would fix the problem. The following day we went back in person and well, they did NOTHING except tell us that they could order the correct table. They would NOT pick up the dining set (that THEY mistakenly ordered) AND they were going to charge us for the chair. We returned the set and received a refund because I just did not want to deal with them anymore. I take full responsibility for the chair; however, they should have done SOMETHING to fix their employees mistake.

Very nice store. However 1st sofa delivered arrived torn. 2nd arrived torn on bottom and arm rest broken (inside wood). Expected more from lacks. Very disappointed
