Pediatric Care
Our Providers and staff are dedicated to ensuring that your child’s years with us are healthy and enjoyable. Services include well child and acute care to newborns and children up to 18 years of age.
Primary Care
The Center’s hospitalists group will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will be in contact with your primary care provider to ensure continuity of care. The main reason for implementing this program is to reduce the number of interruptions for our clinic-based providers and thereby increase the number of scheduled patients the Center is able to serve.
Family Practice
Emergency Care
If you need after-hours care for an acute non-emergency condition and non-chronic (e.g. condition lasting longer than 2 weeks), please visit our Urgent Care Clinic located at 1515 Pappas St.
Urinary Incontinence
Pap smears, mammogram referrals, diagnosis and treatment of women’s conditions including urinary incontinence, uterine fibroids, abnormal uterine bleeding, and a variety of gynecologic surgeries.
Immunizations
Includes diagnosing, treatment, and prevention of acute and chronic diseases; immunizations against infectious disease such as influenza, tetanus, and hepatitis; and screening tests for diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and cancer.

Cervical Cancer
Well woman exams include breast and cervical cancer screening, teaching of self-breast exams, and diagnostic exam(s) for common infections. Financial assistance is available through various programs such as Healthy Texas Women, Breast and Cervical Cancer Services.

Mental Health
The purpose of the counseling is to assist individuals, children, families, and couples in the treatment of mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, and bereavement. Other topics like relationship, wellness, and work/life balanced are also explored. Counselors provide a safe, nurturing, yet challenging environment where positive change, improved quality of life, and ongoing healing can take place
