Sent me a ridiculous email addressed to Customer. Asked them to respond directly to earn my business. Sent same type generic email in response. Uneducated team and management trying to survive in the Laredo they grew up in instead of the Laredo that is becoming. Don't waste your time with this dealership unless you are satisfied with foolish staff who can't keep up with the world around them and live off whatever business falls into their laps that they don't have to actually earn like grown ups.
Worst freightliner service you spend there a week for 2 hours labour. They are slow and worst mechanic.

We can't begin to say enough about the Service manager Eric, and the porter Jason. We pulled into Laredo with issues with our Kenworth, our company sent us to the French Elliosn repair shop on Tuesday evening.. When we got there(with our 2 small dogs in tow) they immediately took a quick look and put us on their next mornings list since it was at closing time. Not a problem. So, we got there bright and early on Wednesday morning and they took our rig right in to be diagnoised. Right at that point we noticed our female had started bleeding! Not a good time, I must say!! I walked over and asked the guys since they were from Laredo if they could recommend a good vet close by (as i am about to just break down and cry)! They did. Well we were getting ready to make the 4 mile treck through Laredo when Eric offered to have one of his porters drive us!!! That was of course not what they had to do but, they did. Jason who drove us to the vet was very kind and made it a lot easier on the drive. Once we were at the Vets office Jason suggested to call Eric, when we were done....that he felt for sure they would pick us up. Which, they did. Now, here's the thing...... This is way out of normal lines of Customer Service especially when Customer Service has gone to heck in a hand bag!! I can't thank French Ellison enough for hiring people like this! This type of service starts at the top!!!
