I was given excellent customer service Jerry Lara the manager helped me out with the process in renting a vehicle and giving great service.
I called to confirm that they could pick up me and my dog. I waited 3 hrs, and when the driver arrived I was told he couldn't take my dog. What a bunch of a-holes.
TERRIBLE!! Worst experience ever... between these guys and my insurance company, they managed to sell me additional insurance (damage waiver) for a rental that was only intended for 2-3 days at the beginning and ended to be 37 days and had to pay over $700, because they didn't explain correctly the difference between DW and involving my own insurance coverage. After asking for some support, they just passed the ball between Enterprise and my insurance saying it was not their responsibility but only mine to change this and all I got was a discount of 10%.They have no proper customer service or advise attitude, only want to sell and get more money in any way possible.

Very bad experience, the manager of that office does not know how to treat their customers, I made threats, is stupid.
Enterprise is the only company that I rent cars from. Along with that, the Laredo Airport location has been especially good to me. The people are very attentive and ready to help. My car is always ready when I go to pick it up. Highly recommended!
