Virlar Automotive Group LTD is the worst business I have ever received service from. I went to Virlar business looking to get my windshield replaced. I contacted business through phone and in-person and both times I was guaranteed getting original windshield for my 2016 Jeep Renegade vehicle. Below is a list of the things wrong with this business and why I would recommend everyone to avoid this business at all costs. 1. Windshield was not original part as promoted or promised after completion of service 2 Time-frame provided for the service is also a big lie. In my situation, I was informed that service will take 45 minutes to an hour when nobody was ahead of me. Total service time was 3 hours. 3. After "service" was completed, I inspected my vehicle only to find out the WORST type of service for windshield replacement ever done and damage to my vehicle. 4. Here's is a list of the damages to my vehicle: exterior paint scratches, broken exterior black panel top, cracked replacement windshield on multiple areas, damaged interior rear view mirror base, stained roof fabric, water leak due to incorrect windshield sealant and time loss. 5. Last, terrible customer service from business employees: sarcastic comments, insulting/rude attitude, lack of ownership to their mistakes and zero-effort to help a consumer. In conclusion, I have over 20 years of customer service and never in my life have I ever experienced the worst level of service towards a buying customer. Virlar is a business that I would never recommend to anyone no matter what. Staff focus is to sell "cheap" products, provide terrible customer service and ripoff customers on a daily basis. I was not able to put zero stars but let the record show this is a zero star business. I want to invite all the local community that have been mistreated and taking advantage of to come forward to bring this business down once and for all.
Horrible! Horrible!! Straight out of the worst rude people ever in Laredo, TX! Avoid Virlar's on McPherson!! They call the cops on you when you complain because you want to return a part and get the right one. You can't return items without a receipt even if you bought it 2 days ago, even if they have you on camera, and even if they can verify your purchase on their POS system. They don't do even do even exchanges. NO PROFESSIONALISM OR CUSTOMER EMPATHY SHOWN. They will keep your hard earned money & send you home with an unwanted item. There is no customer service at this place! I wonder if everyone gets together and calculate the money they've refused to return to customers. Maybe it's enough to Sue them! Worst customer service ever! Their policies are adjusted according to how you look. They are extremely rude over the phone and in person even worst! Their bad manners and high esteem of themselves shows that this city needs another body part store asap! You are better off finding the parts cheaper online.

Although my initial review was a good one. After a few months I was able to see past the face this place of business puts out. I initial brought my car for new brake pads and to fix the ac. Well the ac lasted about 2 months fixed before I coughed up another 200 dollars for a new control panel. 45 for a new resistor and 100 more to locate another leak that was supposed to be located in the first place. They don't do most of the work at the shop either. I found out they took it to an electrician and another ac repair shop. I could have done that my self. Now about the brake pads I paid for to get fixed initially, they only replaced the front brake pads and not the rear ones. They started to squeal after 3 months of being "replaced". It took him 11 months to replace the pads from right off the warranty. Last but not least these past weeks I brought it in because again my ac broke down with the same problem as before and the owner told me that it needed another questionable part that was worth 210 dollars which I gave him the money just for him to actually use the warranty for the initial resistor that cost 45 dollars. My mistake was to not ask for a receipt for the extra 210 dollars because after two weeks as of this past Monday in still trying to get my money back for the part he didn't replace. I have been to this shop about 15 times and everytime he says that they haven't given him the money back from the part. You're better off taking your car some where else. I trusted this shop just to find out it was not trust worthy. There's plenty of mechanic shops out there. Do some research and take your car elsewhere.
Garbage. Agreed to the terms, signed the docs took my car home. Next day they called saying I needed a co signer AFTER all the LEGAL DOCUMENTS were signed and I had the car? Absolutley not. Idiots.
Worst service ever! The company I work for had my feet vehicle delivered to this dealership. My point of contact was Felix Garcia. I call him over a month ago. He gets my information and told me he would call me as soon as he located the vehicle. Weeks went by, I go by, he says the vehicle is in the back but he needs days to preform a delivery checklist, he reads my information back to me and tells me he will call me on its done. I never heard frim him, I go by, the vehicle is parked in front of the dealership, I go pick it up, a Mr. Vela interjected and says he is not in today. I ask to talk to his supervisor and am told he doesn't have one. Mr. Vela goes on to say he has his own hours due to not having a boss. Mr. Vela makes the fact that I can't get my vehicle my fault for not comming the day before.
