Worst Property Management experience I can imagine. As a property owner I have had no problems with my property for five years under the last manager. Since TD has taken over in the last year I have had nothing but problems and zero solutions. So unorganized and unprofessional, after calling to find out why rent payments hadn’t been deposited on time from long time tenants for the third time in a six months period, I the customer was yelled at and told that they could do nothing about it and that was just the way it was. On a separate occasion I had work done by a plumbing company and TD took $1600 out of the account to pay the bill and when I called to request the statement of what work had been completed and by whom they didn’t know what I was talking about. If you want someone watching your property choose any other company than TD. They will bill you a premium rate and give you now service.I have spoken with both tenants and they have also had no response to multiple requests for service. So it seems they are collecting a check each month and not taking care of either end of the renter/owner equations. Avoid at all costs!!
A little rocky at first, but has been great ever since! Their online system is very easy to use too
I rented a house in Laramie for which TD Real Estate was the rental agent. Everything about my experience was positive. Jessica was very helpful, flexible, and supportive when I initially discussed and rented the property. They made moving in easy for me in inconvenient circumstances. When issues arose concerning utilities and repairs, Holly and others were very good-natured, cooperative, and responsive. Their website worked really well for me to pay charges and to keep track of communications.
NOT BBB ACCREDITED. ZERO STARS. DON'T USE TD. The manager is very unprofessional and downright rude. She was extremely unhelpful in our move out process. Worst property management company I've ever done business with in my life. I don't like writing bad reviews, but TD is a model for what NOT to do as a business, any business. They nickel and dime tenants and rip them off for everything they can. They are very unorganized, careless and very unprofessional. When it came to TD fixing, repairing or doing anything responsible, they failed. Greedy, unorganized and unprofessional. If you go through them, take CLOSE UP PICTURES of the ENTIRE HOUSE, as well as a very thorough inspection, because otherwise you'll never get any deposit back and you'll have a huge headache. That's what we got for leaving the place cleaner than we found it to begin with.
I would give Raving Real Estate negative stars if I could. They seem friendly and professional until you sign a lease. Then you mean nothing to them except money. Chances are you won’t get your deposit back unless you take them to court. In fact, when looking into legal assistance, I was told by at least 4 lawyers that they could not represent me, because they had already represented him (big red flag). Once you become a tenant you run the risks of rude/alarming interactions with the landlord where it’s possible he may raise his voice at you for no reason. I felt unsafe around him on more than one occasion. He will also show up unannounced at odd hours (i.e. past 11pm to 4am
At times it is very difficult to get in touch with Brendan. He is a very easy going landlord though. I suppose that when money is concerned, it is difficult to find any real estate agent that is fantastic. There will be problems.
I live at 150 Blackfoot street. They have bad electric problems, they take for ever to do something I would never recommend people to rent from this real estate company. They don't deserve even one star
DO NOT lease with Brendan Murphy or Raving Real Estate. He is extremely unprofessional and he will cheat you out of money. I hadn't considered having a lawyer review a lease contract before signing with Brendan. You will be wise to avoid signing with him at all costs.
