        Real Estate 1 was fine until the owner of the house wanted to put the house up for sale. Wyoming state law says Real Estate agents need two days advance warning to show the house and come at reasonable times.



        We had people coming over to show the house at the same day, and during times like dinner and the weekend.



        We complained and Real Estate one sent up a letter saying we had to. It's illegal, but they don't care. I wouldn't trust a company like this.

        My review -try to avoid dealing with the company at all costs. I have never had a more unpleasant experience with a business. They are unresponsive to maintenance requests, both emergency and routine. Overall, their buildings are VERY poorly maintained. They apparently attend to issues in order of importance, however a flooding hallway is not a high priority to them (from experience). The office staff is incredibly unfriendly. The office workers literally go out of their way to make you feel like you are a nuisance to them, even if you are just dropping off your rent payment. They also only take money orders and will not take personal checks or cash for payments. I have yet to hear an individual say that they have had a good experience with Real Estate 1. I have never been treated so rudely before, and will never do business with them again even if it means paying more for rent!
