I like things simple. I ordered my shoes. Less than a week later they arrived. A few months later I ordered shoes for my wife. They arrived. How much better could service be? Buy your shoes at Dodds. Plain and simple.
Horrible customer service in the first place. Once somebody finally helped me, I asked if the boot I was trying on was waterproof. The response was "Eh, I'm not really sure. But it should be." I ask about warranty issues, the answer "Um, what's warranty?...." That night, I find out in the rain storm that it is not waterproof AT ALL. The next day, I ask about exchanging the boot for one that is actually waterproof, and the response is "Well, if it's defective, we can replace it with the same boot. That specific model is not supposed to be waterproof -- the salesman was wrong, but we cannot replace the boot with a different model".
