        Talked to them by phone before driving there, told them I wanted to order the new I phone 11 but wanted to pay in full. No monthly installments just buy it outright, they said no problem, So I drove there waited over a hour while they put the order through asking me 5 times about changing my Verizon plan & I kept saying NO NO NO just order me the phone so I can leave. Finally I thought I was done but the total was 64.95. Unbelievable. I finally left & bought the phone ONLINE. These people are dumb as hell. Go to Davison or Imlay City or anywhere else.
