Best Muffler & Catalytic

Took my car to this muffler shop after being referred by a good friend of mine. This muffler shop is inside an old tiny shopping plaza next to a restaurant a convenience store & laundry mat surrounded by homeless people. I went inside looking for an estimate, I was told to take my car to the back. The back was even worse than the front, 2 lifts under an old run doown overhang. I was told to drive on the lift. Not very professional, other muffler shops and repair shops never let a customer drive onto a lift due to insurance reasons. He looked at my car & quoted me a price, something didn't feel right so I left and decided to checkout the reviews. Come to find out from my friend that almost half of his reviews are from family and friends and not from actual customers. What kind of scam is this? Fake reviews from family and not actual customers! That's what's called "SHILL REVIEWS" DON'T TRUST this muffler shop. I'd rather take my car to a REAL muffler place like Midas or Meineke. Yes you'll pay more money but at least you know they're trustworthy and don't need to use Fake or Shill Reviews.
