I do not recommend doing business with this company. If payment is not received on the due date every month, you will receive a telephone call every single morning asking you to make a payment. If you do not respond, the company may send a moving crew out to your house without notice to collect your furniture. If the moving crew arrives and you do not answer the door, they will proceed to ring the doorbell repetitively for 15-30 minutes and will continue to return to your house every day until they are able to collect your furniture. Rates are extremely unreasonable. You may be expected to pay up to twice the retail value of the furniture, and if for any reason you are not able to make a payment, the furniture will be collected and your payments will not be refunded. You are better off purchasing from a major retailer offering financing.

They are complete rude and condescending! If you are late by 2 days, they blow up your phone to harass you. The manager (I think his name is Mo) is a jerk! He was kind when my husband and I was starting to sign the contract but every encounter we had after that, he treated us like we were scum just for being a couple days late (due to payroll issues at my job)! The other employees there are just as bad! I ended up returning something to them and Mo started asking me personal questions that he had no business asking regarding me and my husband! PLEASE think twice before giving any business to these people!
